Command efficace mais &valuation... Inutilement Pointilleuse !

I appreciated the advocacy of TDS and the availability of the office manager to discuss our visa status.

I was eager to use their services, but it went downhill pretty quickly. They promised a 7-8 day turnaround time and it took about 5 weeks. They offered no refund or no compensation for any reason.

Pre-pandemic, I was traveling a few times a month and easily cleared dozens of countries per year and I have never (I mean NEVER) used a service that wasn't professional or timely. Honestly, I wasn't sure we'd even receive our passports back before our trip.

I understand the times and that there are obviously holdups with Embassies for various reasons, but they would never communicate them with us until we called almost daily.

After emailing and calling them every two or so days, we finally got our passports back, but get this - they created labels to be sent to the WRONG address. After we emailed them letting them know about this error, they *suddenly* found the correct address and reshipped.

Even worse, one of the passports that we received back (we sent two) had the WRONG type of visa in it. I will never, ever, ever use them again. And I encourage you to use another service. Anything but them. Your wallet and your patience will thank you.

I used the TDS in Houston, TX. And they were great. Liza really went above and beyond to assure me that my Ghanaian Visa would be handled within 24hrs. I really felt secure from the moment i sent them everything. I would definitely use TDS again.

I so appreciated having a contact to reach out to with questions but spent a lot of extra money on the “emergency” 3-6 day turn around service and it still took over 2 weeks to get my documents back. I would definitely use Travel Docs again but not pay for expedited services. I don’t think it was their fault but I just wish I had known it wasn’t reliable or guaranteed.

Third time using travel docs, always easy to deal with.

Unfortunately, I felt their customer service was not good overall. Any time I called, I was not able to get through. The one time I did, their system was down so they said to call back and then when I did, I couldn’t get through to a person. My emails didn’t go much better; I always felt like I was an inconvenience and received short, sometimes unhelpful answers to my questions. I would not use again; I would rather save the money and figure it out on my own.

All I have to say is they were superb!!!- I recommend them 100% first off I needed a visa to go to nigeria- no other visa was helping with visas at the time and tds was the only service available. 2 it was very easy to get in touch with someone in the ny office. They were very helpful and informative and answered all my questions. This made the process so fast and easy for me. I recieved my visa by the very next week! I look forward to working with them again !

Speedy service but they forgot to send back key document. Had to ask twice to get them to find it and send it back.

I had to get a business visa for my trip, and the team here did a really good job of guiding me through the initial process. They handled everything and made me feel at ease especially since my trip was planned last minute.

Due to the urgency of this order. We had submitted two passports for visas and purchased the "white glove" treatment, which was an extra cost.
This process was handled quickly, but feel we didn't get what all the "white glove" offered. We had to reach out to track our passports and get feedback. We use this service on a regular basis. And, feel the process was no different than if we didn't pay the extra cost. But, the rep that worked with us, was courteous and did follow up when we requested status.

I paid extra to have my documents done and sent in 1-3 days. However, there was a week delay and I didn't end up traveling.

Travel Document Systems is so organized and professional. They make visa applications simple and efficient...even the notoriously difficult Nigeria application. We would be lost without them!

Requested for a Philippine tourist visa processed. I kept following it up for 2 months through the phone, can not connect on the phone with the person assigned to my documents. Had to request follow up by email. No visa processed, had to cancel request.

Terrible service! I prepaid & sent TDS my passport for renewal in June & just got the new renewed passport & my original passport back 3 days ago. I prepaid for FedEx return shipment but it arrived by regular horrible US mail. The very least TDS can do now is refund my $36 FedEx fee.
