BC in Minneapolis

Paid a pretty good price for the service. Even went with the 8-10 business day option. A week after they received my documents, they sent me an email wanting to know if i had received them back, with options: Yes, No, and ? (I forget this category). Only the YES button would do anything, The NO button and OTHER button were inactive.
When my documents arrived, they were one day later than expected.

But at least they did a good job and i received my documents in time for my departure.

Everything was efficient and done perfectly!

Tried to get a visa at the consulate in San Francisco, had a horrible time. So I then hired Travel Docs, they were great to work with and got my visa processed!

have relied on TDS for over 20 years and love that I can talk to a person I know. Have tried one other document company when agency forced our hand but pulled the process back in house when services took too long and no one team handled the call. I highly recommend TDS services and have used ALL their offices, love working with John, Tofigh and Face, some of the best in the business!

Renewed my Passport, quickly, safely and securely...been using for myself and my clients for almost 30 years...

Proof of my yellow fever vacation was not returned with my passport.
It is said that they are looking for it. But as of yet it has not been found.

I appreciate the phone call I received from Travel Docs when my application arrived with a missing signature

I needed my Russia visa in less than 30 days and Travel Docs just couldn't get it done on time. Still, they are probably better than other options.

I had an unfortunate negative experience attempting to get my documents authenticated. I emailed and called often to get an update with little to no response. The documents were not properly authenticated the first time they were sent to embassy and rejected, thus, delaying the process. I was very unhappy that this has delayed my work and put my job in jeopardy. I will not be using this company again.

Recently I've had MANY Russian visas to process. My contact Behrooz did an expert job sorting out some problems and bringing us to a successful conclusion. My work depends heavily on the professionalism of Travel Document Systems.

Easy and always timely. Travel Document Systems replaced all other Visa services for me and for my clients, as their application process for every Visa is clear and easy. And they are always delivered on time or ahead of schedule. I won't use anyone else but TDS!

Step by step online instructions made the process a breeze. Very pleased with the service we received.

I had a very short time to aquire the Visa I needed to go to Vietnam so I contacted TDS just like I have so many times before. They told me exactly what I need to do and what information I needed to get the visa and 4 days later I had my Passport back with my visa in it. Two days later I was on my flight to Vietnam. Thank you so much Travel Documents.
