Nasty Abrupt Customer Services. Avoid at all Costs.

Booked my wedding through the wedding travel company not knowing they was linked to travel soon ended up cancelling my booking with them and losing £4090 deposit. Best decision I ever made I’ve managed to get everything I wanted with an outstanding planning for a fraction of the price.

Can anyone help me find a way to contact travel soon? I have been trying to get a refund from them and it's been 21 weeks. We was told that a refund would be with us by 14-16 weeks. Now we can't get hold of them. I will be taking this further and taking them to court if I don't receive my payment!

Hello can anybody help me finding this company, I’ve tried to phone the numbers but can not get through, I’ve emailed them numerous times but had no reply they said my refund from my holiday would be in my bank with in 16 weeks. This was 22 weeks ago. They now seem to have vanished off the face of the earth!!

Iv got a holiday booked through travelsoon it’s been going on for nearly 2 years been trying to get answers on a £160 I have left on what I have paid but not getting he answers also what sort of travel agent is shut on a weekend

Avoid this company at all costs we booked our holiday for Greece in 2020 I had to ring the hotel to see if we could go but unfortunately it was closed no word from travel soon , then they got in touch and told us we could move it to next year but the added costs which they keep putting on took a £856 holiday to nearly £2000 they wanted us to pay balance in full plus £250 each for moving it plus £25 each for late payment ,why should you pay balance on a holiday your not going on ,if we didn’t pay the balance we lose all money paid the only time they get in touch is when they want money do your self a favour go to someone more honest , reliable and professional, I hope they go bust

Our stag weekend 2020 holiday was cancelled, was transferred to 2021 and again was cancelled due to a flight cancellation. We have received a full refund only taken a few weeks, must give credit to Sue and Karen who helped us all the way. We have had no problems whatsoever. Many Thanks.

I know there have been some bad reviews but I only had a good experience.Karen was amazingly helpful. She keep me informed throughout. Although my holiday was cancelled because of covid (remember this is not the travel agents fault) she got my refund to me in a short space of time considering the amount of refunds the travel industry has had to deal with. Absolutely horrific company do not go near them. Booked a holiday just before COVID for my immediate family, two families of 5 and my dad and stepmum. Due to restrictions changing along the way we were not aloud to travel after trying to get a refund for nearly 15months with little if any contact the company responded to us three day s ago and said this is not possible but we can re book for next year at a cost of £260 per person for the exact same dates!!!!!. If we do not agree to it by Friday we will lose our deposit. We are now seeking legal action

We received our refund. No problems.
We was told we’d have our money back by the 31st of March 2021. And it was in my bank when I got up this morning.
So even though I was dreading having to chase it. After reading a lot of other reviews. I’m happy to say. They did what they said they’d do.
This was the 3rd holiday we’d had to rearrange. So we asked for a refund this time.
So I have no problem booking with this company again.

Have been a nightmare from day 1

Charging more than the quoted amount, unable to return calls....
Finally managed to amend our booking, no paperwork has been sent over but a large amount of money has been taken from my account without my authorisation, and not in line with the payment amounts agreed

No response to emails, telephone numbers either invalid or advise to email queries over.

I've never had so much trouble from one company

We had a holiday booked for last year. Travelsoon moved it to April this year but we're very forceful when re arranging. This holiday in April won't go ahead because of restrictions. I've emailed about 9 times in 3 weeks asking for someone to call. No one does! I will complain to CMA and ABTA today and then will have to start process of claiming money back from credit card. Infuriating and terrible customer service. Sue is especially rude.

Avoid like the plague! No refunds for 2020 cancelled holiday still! Not even getting responses to emails anymore. What a joke!

We have now been refunded by our bank and this rip of farce of a company are being investigated by our bank !!!

Unfortunately a very similar experience to so many other posters.. Booked a group holiday (pre pandemic) which was subsequently cancelled due to COVID. Travelsoon have since made no attempt whatsoever to progress our refund of over £5k. The refunds department are not customer facing and any attempt to chase or ask for an ETA is just met with the same token promise that the query has been passed to the (probably fictitious) refunds team to look into urgently. Nothing further ever happens until the next time it’s chased and the same response is given. We eventually went through our credit card company who refunded us in full more or less straight away once we provided email trails etc proving we were being fobbed off. I will never use this company again, their failure to provide refunds to customers is bordering on criminal and at the very least they are undoubtedly in breach of ABTA code of conduct. I seriously doubt we would have ever seen our money had we not referred it to the credit card company to deal with.

Like numerous others , avoid ,avoid at all costs, would not even give them 1 star but had to to leave review.Paid for holiday in full £1320 in Feb 2020 to go in April , lock down in March meant holiday was cancalled due to covid 19.No response to numerous phone calls &emails ,was like hitting a brick wall of silence.Eventually refunded holiday costs through credit card company ,

Absolutely Disgusting,I booked and payed for a holiday last February and paid more monies in June 2020. Through no fault to ourselves we could not go due to covid 19.So I put in for a refund and they where all so nice confirming I will receive my monies soon.(Ha joke), Now they won't return my emails or phone me back after leaving copious amount of messages on there answer phone

Do not book. They are all friendly when making a booking but after 9 months they still have not got their act together on dealing with refunds. Standard response via email referring to refund department but nothing ever happens and no date when refund will be given. They have had long enough to get their act together and give customers atleast a timeline on how long refund will take. I will be complaining to abta for failure to apply their code of conduct. We are not banks and our money should not be used to prop up your business!!

Refusing to refund the rest of my holiday despite it being cancelled over 6 months ago. Ignored my last email sent 2 months ago, ignored my phone call and message I left and couldn’t get through on phone despite being on hold for an entire day. I was understanding of the situation since COVID was a hard time for all businesses but this service is unacceptable and they are clearly ignoring messages hoping I’ll give up and they can keep my money.
Fear the only way to receive my money is through the small claims court..

Still waiting to hear from Travelsoon about the balance required
the documents that have been sent do not reflect what I have booked. Reading these reviews is making me very uncomfortable about paying anything else and referring back to the credit card company
