****AVOID AT ALL COST. *****

when you eventually get thru to them after hours and hours on hold. They tell you they are having difficulty getting refunds from airlines etc...ABSOLUTE LIE. Jet2 refunded them the cost of our flights 2 weeks ago, yet they say only option is a credit note. This company is a joke. Time to get my MP and the papers involved. BY LAW we are entitled to a CASH refund.

We have been going back in forth for over a month with the rude employees, to finally reach an agreement of a partial cash refund until they receive a refund from the airline.

One day later, I check my email and wow, a credit note. They are a corrupt company.

If they don't go bankrupt from cash flow, it will be through small court orders and no customer retention because they are useless.

Crooks and liars .still waiting on my refund from the 14th march was told by sue st admin it would be refunded in 7 days

So having had our holiday cancelled 4 days prior to departure, by a telephone call that was quite blunt,I requested a cash refund. I was then told this could take 12 - 18 months !!

I then emailed them asking for a full cash refund, giving them 30 days to refund inline with the amended current EU law regarding the C19 refund policy. Clearly outlining the situation, I then received a credit note this morning !!

not one person will answer the phones, they have not replied to my emails, this leaves me with one option - Small claims court and CJJ's to be issued against them.
I will never look at their website again, and flatly refuse anything said good about this firm.

I have booked many holidays with this company as I go away 4 times a year I have delt with angel Tony Natalie and never had one problem my holiday was cancelled for the 9th may I would recommend this company over jet 2 which is way over priced hope you all stay safe carnt wait to start travelling again got to say angel is my favourite she’s funny and gets you great deals

Absolutely shocking service!! My holiday was booked for march, i had a call the day after i was supposed to fly out, instead of someone professional i had a sarcastic woman rudely say "well i guess you know why your holiday was cancelled"! This sarcastic call was made 1 day AFTER the day i was supposed to be flying out! I still havent recieved a refund as "im not entitled" although i paid my holiday in full!! I wouldnt reccomend this "company" to anybody!

Travelsoon.com do not even bother to respond to emails. They have not called me back nor provided any evidence they had passed any of my travel money onto their so called suppliers.

Due to fly out April 2nd still no refund it’s now 7may don’t use this company there shocking. When you call the staff are so rude, not helpful at all. Good luck company because the reviews from not just myself but others in the same boat are shocking.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is atrocious to deal with. Due to covid19 out holiday has been cancelled. We need a refund as my partner is on leave due to our son having cystic fibrosis because of this we are self isolating. They are refusing to give a refund and only offering a credit note. What use is a credit note when we wont be able to travel possibly until 2022 due to covid19. I would choose a more reputable company than this bunch of charlatans

Cancelled my holiday due to covit19 offered me a refund and I got £100 less back in a credit note. This isn't what was agreed. When covit19 is over AVOID this thieves. Bunch of corrupt scammers

If I could give no stars, I would have. The holiday was fantastic, but shortly ruined because Travel Soon did not provide the correct online booking information for Ryanair. This resulted to us not being able to check-in online prior to our flight, my boyfriend and I were charged at the airport with a hefty 110 euros charge!. Travelsoon did not take responsibility for their error (after investigating twice!!) and they refused to refund us the charge, even though it was 100% their fault. I have the legal bound documentation that was disregarded as evidence. They are thieves.

Natalie was very helpful when dealing with my booking. We managed to negotiate a price which we both were happy with. Natalie made my booking process quick and simple whilst being professional at all times. I’ve had a lovely holiday, so thanks Natalie 😊

Couldn't find a way to book 18 lads on a stag do without being charged the earth for booking charges, admin and all the rest of it so asked ANGEL to sort it for me.... she cut about £70 off each lad and saved me around £1200 on the booking. Cant rate highly enough. Will always use her now. Shes followed up on the booking to make sure everything is sorted. First class service
