Travelsoon Reviews

First time I have dealt with this company and I dealt with a really helpful person called Danny who wasn't after the sale, I explained what I was looking for and he helped me book this and far cheaper than any other online company.

I was a travel agent for Thomson and have to say I looked at their sight for this exact holiday and is was £1300 more expensive.

Thank you to Danny and I will be promoting you and Travelsoon.

Dont book with these people total rip off tried twice now and each time price increases over £100 false advertising look like live availability , just trying to get extra money when flight sale is on using the flight increase excuse stay away!!!

What a brilliant experience, would definitely recommend. I had specific request for my 40th birthday , destination , hotel , room arrangements etc as it was a group booking. No other company could get the rooms, let alone a good price. We dealt with Angel she was brilliant from start to finish. She got us the exact rooms we wanted, great flight times and costs. She was a fountain of knowledge and so lovely to deal with. All 8 of us had a great experience .

We have used Leanne at Travelsoon for a number of years and as usual she has delivered exactly what we want out of our holiday with excellent high standards and professionalism. we are a large family of 5 adults and 4 kids under 8, and Leanne has never failed to find us the right package....Brilliant !

I have to say that booking with travel soon was an absolute pleasure -Angel is just lovely and does all the hard work for you x

The agent was fantastic she got everything we wanted ie the right flight times we wanted.
She did not rush me returned our calls when she said she would.
Would definitely recommend.

Angel

Amazing service, helpful from start to end.a real pleasure and will book again

Been going abroad for years but we are very impressed with the way Angel handled our holiday she brilliant, kept us up dated at all times, would book with her again nothing was to much trouble ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I’ve booked my holidays with Angel on many occasions and she is amazing. Her customer service is second to none and I would recommend you give her a call. She has a wealth of knowledge on all destinations if you are undecided on where to go on your hols.

Lovely and helpful on the phone, found me a perfect holiday 😊

Fantastic service and prices.
Gotta say a special mention to Suzanne Owens for helping soo much and delivering as hard as she could to make our holiday, very pleasant and helpful.

What can I say spoke with Suzanne and Angel both helped me with all my needs and finally, they booked me a great deal to Spain for me and my family. Great service through out and Travelsoon was recommended by my friend. I will be using Travelsoon for all my future holidays.

I highly recommend Danny to assist with booking your holiday
He is very helpful, curteous and professional
A massive thank you !

Been looking for our family holiday for the last few days had a quote online and when ringing to confirm and book it something came up and Angel was so lovely and patient in trying to find us a holiday for us and our 2 children within our budget. She catered for all our requirements and I felt at ease talking to her as she was so friendly. Would book through this company again. Thank you Angel.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Booked, confirmed, then get a call saying it's going to be over £500 more than the price agreed. 'Angel' at the Travelsoon office was horribly rude, argumentative and unpleasant. Continuously putting the blame on me and outright lying about the finer details.

Two disappointed kids (and 2 disappointed adults).

Our flight was cancelled by Ryanair and we could not get to our hotel in time to have a full holiday and thought we had lost everything. Sue from Travelsoon was brilliant and she managed to get all our money back from the hotel 🙂
Thank you Sue and Travelsoon

Appalling customer service. 3 months after I complained to them about our private transfer not turning up at the airport, I gave up trying to get a refund as they have no idea how to investigate a genuine complaint and the delays in getting back to me were ridiculous. Total lack of empathy. Very, very pig headed! Avoid at all costs!

The company is scam and they are heartless . I made complaints since last year August and met absolute silence .
I will urge people not to book holiday with this company please best avoid them by any means.

I will now take my complaint to ATOL to help me resolve this issue otherwise my £3500 will go to drain .
Holiday made in hell thats all I call say

Spoke to a lovely girl for a couple of days, sorting out our needs etc then on day to book, she never rung back, so when I rang next morning, package gone up by £300(the flights)! So complained and got it at a good price from the manager then who helped sort it all, along with another woman who was very helpful

Roxie was very professional in every way she was friendly and polite and knew what she was talking about . She went out of her way to help me and come up with a really good deal you should give her a pay rise many thanks Roxie
