I have contacted your team multiple times and, on the last two occasions, I was spoken to very rudely and repeatedly interrupted whenever I tried to ask questions or explain my situation. The manner in which I was treated was dismissive, unhelpful, and completely unacceptable.
At the time of booking, I paid additional money for flight protection. However, I have been unable to find any details about this protection or the company providing it. When I asked your representatives for this information, they refused to provide it and ignored my questions entirely. I find this deeply concerning given that I specifically paid extra for this service.
My journey also includes a transit through Bahrain, which is currently subject to FCDO advice against all but essential travel. Despite this, I have only been told that I can either cancel for a significant financial loss or continue waiting, with no meaningful assistance or flexibility offered.
To make matters worse, I am now dealing with a medical issue and have been advised by my doctor not to travel. When I attempted to explain this, I was again met with an unhelpful and condescending attitude and repeatedly told to contact an external agency. Yet when I asked for the name or contact details of this agency, no one would provide them.
I am extremely disappointed with both the customer service and the lack of support provided throughout this situation. Other travel providers are offering refunds or flexible changes due to the travel advice and exceptional circumstances, yet despite paying for additional protection, I have received no help whatsoever.
Would not recommend booking through Travel Trolley.
Booked flights with Travel trolley - Flights were cancelled and Travel Trolley refused re-routing! The airline will not help as I booked via a travel agent.

Booking was straightforward, but I soon realised I had selected the wrong dates. I contacted them within 24 hours, as the Emirates website states that changes can be made free of charge within that period. Initially, I was told the amendment would cost £298, but when I called back about 30 minutes later, I was quoted £325 per person. I don’t understand how the price could increase in such a short time, so we decided not to proceed.
Since then, our flights have been cancelled. When I contacted TT, I was told the cancellation was not showing on their system. I asked whether we could transfer the flights and what the cost would be, but they were unable to give a clear answer. Despite the tickets being the same price, I was told I would still need to pay a transfer fee—even though the flights have been cancelled and a free transfer should apply in this situation.
I was advised to email their team, but we are still waiting for a response. Customer service has been unhelpful throughout. With our flight due in two weeks, we have no clarity on what is happening and are unsure how to proceed with our hotel booking given the uncertainty.

No confidence at all of getting it back so will be pursuing through small claims court and/or a Section 75 claim.

Today we find out that they can't process due to an expired end date on card. Surely they'd have already seen that if they'd processed it weeks ago like they'd said? Liars and scammers who are just trying to hold onto other people's money for as long as possible. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
Also I wasn't "reaching out to you" I'm done speaking to you and being told the refund "is on its way" when it hasn't been for 8 weeks. This isn't reaching out, it's me trying to tell as many people as possible to not use your incompetent and/or scamming company.

I had to cancel my flights due to the war in Iran.
Emirates were allowing me a complete refund as two of the four legs of my flight were not operating.
I had to do this through Travel Trolley who were excellent.
I was helped by Ranbir who made the whole process very easy,so a big thank you to him.
It did take 5 weeks to get my money back but I was told 4-6 weeks wait when I spoke with Ranbir .
I was not charged anything by Travel Trolley for processing my claim.
Also I was helped by Deepa with another issue not related to my flights.

I would strongly advise against booking with Travel Trolley based on my experience.
My flights with Qatar Airways were cancelled, and I requested a refund on 10 March. Travel Trolley confirmed in writing that a full refund of £2340.87 was applicable and that the request had been submitted, with a 4–6 week timeframe.
That timeframe passed, and I received no refund.
After chasing repeatedly, I was then told the refund had “failed” because they had the wrong cardholder name on their system — an error on their side. Despite me correcting this multiple times by email and phone, they still did not resolve it.
Instead of fixing their mistake and refunding the original payment method, they tried to push me to accept a cheque, which I refused.
Communication has been slow, inconsistent, and extremely frustrating. I have had to chase constantly for updates, and even then, no proper resolution has been provided.
At this point, I am still waiting for my money, months after it was confirmed as refundable.
This has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience, and I would not recommend using this company.

Extremely poor experience with this travel agency.
I booked a return flight through them, and when my return journey was cancelled, they were completely unreachable at the time when I urgently needed assistance. Calls went unanswered, emails ignored, and there was no support whatsoever.
After finally getting through weeks later, I was promised a refund within 4–6 weeks. Even after that period passed, there was no communication or update from their side. I had to chase them repeatedly just to get a partial refund.
To make matters worse, they have still not provided any proper breakdown of the refund amount or explained the deductions. Transparency is completely lacking.
This company fails at the most critical moment — when customers actually need support. I would strongly advise others to avoid booking through them if you want reliability or accountability.

The worst customer service you can expect from a company. Every customer service agent is sounds like sleepy, rude or someone who doesn't like sitting on that phone I have booked a flight the airline reschedule it for end of the month but they are offering for the next day of that initial flight that I booked in and they said they've got limited seats and they're happy to change it free of charge, but because of these rude people they're offering me giving me 48 hours time to get back to me regarding this and the flight is in next 72 hours really frustrated plan for this trip was a doctor's appointment took me six months to get hold of that Doctar. When I explain the situation, literally the person said it's your customer right do whatever you wanna do rather than actually help helping the customer finding alternative or speed up things a little bit so Custom experience gets better they don't care I would say spend extra £40-£50 but go direct with the airline or any other service I would call these people a big scam.

I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this company. My flights were cancelled due to the ongoing crisis in the Middle East—a situation completely out of my control. When the airline stopped flying, an agent named Kartik explicitly promised me a full refund.
However, when I followed up today, they informed me they are withholding £300 as a "cancellation fee." Their excuse is unbelievable: they claim that because I didn’t cancel the tickets on the same day I bought them, I am not entitled to my money back.
This makes no sense. When I purchased the tickets, the flights were operating normally. Why would I cancel them the same day? The flights were cancelled by the airline much later due to a global crisis, yet this company is using it as an opportunity to pocket my money.
They are making a profit off of their customers' misfortune. Save yourself the stress and the money—do not book with them. They do not honour their word and their "policies" are designed to scam you.
