Tree Maintenance Ltd Reviews

Outstanding company. Respectful, careful and extremely considerate. I wish every company operated like this one. They listened carefully to our requirements, offered reasonable quotes for the work, executed the work on time and with minimum disruption and tidied up so well afterwards we would not have known they were here!

We will continue to use this company now indefinitely, we have just booked out third job this year. I would without hesitation recommend this company and the chaps that work at TM are fantastic. Thank you.

I was recommended Tree Maintenance to carry out a tree survey and provide a report for a planning application. I have found them to be extremely knowledgable prompt and helpful keeping me well informed of everything required and providing additional support in other aspects of my application. A very professional and efficient service provided

Fast response, excellent customer service and good advice.

Josh and his colleague arrived promptly, were really helpful and efficient, did an excellent job bringing down the big old tree trunk to ground level and left the garden tidier than when they arrived. And they were both friendly and polite.

Quick and friendly communications and efficient and effective execution of the felling of the trees.

Friendly, experienced, competent tree people who know what they are doing and take care of the garden.

Was a tricky job and was handled superbly by Tree Maintenance. Highly recommended.

Timely courteous and asked my opinion where needed

The booking was straightforward, the team who came were professional, did a very good job and left the site clean and tidy.

During the survey the work plan was agreed, team arrived as stated, work to be done was confirmed, work carried out with no fuss, site cleared, overall a very good experience.

This was a visit to sort out an issue affecting a neighbour and as with previous jobs the team were excellent, professional, cleared up immaculately, left the tree in a pleasing visual shape despite being cut back, and acted with great diplomacy throughout. Will be using them again and highly recommend.

An excellent job of felling an unruly Eucalyptus. Professional, friendly and tidy - they cleared everything up afterwards and I wouldn't have known they'd been at all,... except for the missing tree!

TML provided a full report on the woodland issues we have and were pro-active in offering a range of solutions.
They were at all times completely professional in their approach.

Their work is to a fantastic standard, with health and safety a priority, providing all the documentation and method for a safe and effective project. I've used Tree Maintenance for very many years and there has never been a time to be disappointed, right from the initial visit through to waving goodbye, a good experience. They are knowledgeable, thorough and friendly too. Well done guys!

Tree Maintenance Ltd quoted a fair price, turned up on time, carried out the agreed work most professionally and offered helpful advice when my decision was needed. I was impressed by their professionalism and attention to safety throughout and we’re delighted with the results. We would definitely use them again.

I have used tree maintenance for more than 10 years, I trust them to know what they are doing as they are all qualified and insured. My hedges and trees are always in tip top condition due to their excellent care. They are always helpful, easy to ask advice, efficient and leave the garden tidier than how they found it as they always do a thorough clear up before they leave I cannot speak highly enough and would recommend without hesitation.

I and my neighbours have used Tree Maintenance several times to cut back, and fell, trees and shrubbery on our small patch of shared land. They provide a first-class, thoughtful and professional service; quick, efficient and clean. Highy recommended!
