There was constant communication. I received a clarification email on the correct item. The whole experience was easy

What went wrong is that the plumes are not curly and are becoming detached from the body of the chapeau. Seems that they are happy to ask for my review but will not help me out or reply to my requests for assistance. Save your money and purchase somewhere else!!!
It is a beautiful collar and I received it in a timely manner. However, it was literally falling apart in my meeting the first time I wore it. I have tools to repair it, I was just disappointed and a little embarrassed

Very poor customer service, had a problem with my order after 3 weeks and they never responded to my emails (approximately 10).

Ridiculous! Just opened. There were stones falling off of the crown haven't even placed on my head!
AND they must have been falling while wrapping because even IF I attempt to perform surgery on this crown 5 STONES are still missing!!!!!!
