My order took much longer than expected and also was very poor quality when it finally arrived. I purposefully went with this company because I was ordering a sweater and it showed an up close, woven material and not a cheap sweatshirt like some other companies. This was a Christmas gift and I was very disappointed that it was a cheap sweatshirt! I have emailed Trilogygifts several times and get no response. I would never order through them again and would love to return this item but I have gotten no response.

BEWARE! They infringe upon other companies' copyrights. They steal images from other websites and sell them as their own products. They have stolen my images from Etsy. They are intellectual property thieves! Do not purchase!
This company has taken images of metal car signs from our Etsy shop and selling them as their own.
This is a violation of intellectual property rights.

I placed an order on June 7 and it is now July 9th. I still do not have my order even though the site says it will take up to 15 days for the product to be made. Don’t get me wrong, I’m okay with this and perhaps it taking a little longer because things happen. However, I received a USPS tracking number, but when I look it up it says that the label was created and is waiting for the product from vendor. It has been like that since June 24. When I contacted Tilology their customer service provided me another tracking number, which is different than the one I originally got and it show international shipping information from China to the United States port. Which is it!? After contacting them several times I still haven’t received a good answer or status. It is always the same response.

This company does NOT live up to their Satisfaction Guaranteed promise. They have been ignoring me now for weeks. They messed up my order and said they’d redo it if I paid for it. I said No, they messed it up, they need to fix it…. SATISFACTION GUARANTEED…… but alas, I have been trying to get a replacement for 7 months and now they won’t even email me back. They don’t even deserve 1 star. Please think hard before doing business here or their other company Aeticon. I have had bad luck with both and didn’t know the same company owned both until I had ordered from Trilogy because Aeticon sucked and I thought I was going to get better service somewhere else. HA HA HA…. The joke was on me. Really says a lot about a company and their customer servce, when a customer has to be persistent because they don’t want to replace something they screwed up so they just ignore you. There is no conscience with this company. I hope I can save someone the hassle I have been through by writing this review.

I saw an ad for a USN/AO (Aviation Ordnanceman) veteran’s shirt that that was very well appointed and I could ad my rating and rank (AOC) on the right sleeve. There was no mention made of adding a name so I sent an email to the company asking if they could add my name in an appropriate place on the shirt, And they made it happen!! Great Customer Service and I love the shirt! I experienced no issues at all with my order!

I had a problem with my order and I notified Trilogy and they corrected the problem with in a short time for me. And I received my Order 3 Days ago and I'm Very HAPPY with the way it arrived so Quickly and was packed so Well and undamaged and in great condition.

Have not received order. Was told by the company that my order was shipped and should have be received, when USPS has a label waiting and has yet to receive item to ship. No number to contact, have not received emails back from company after multiple attempts. Awful company that only takes your money.
My wedding song printed in a heart, and put on a canvas was beautiful. It is a perfect wedding gift. It also arrived earlier than expected.

I ordered four canvas prints and was completely disappointed in the product I received. They looked cheap And on two of them, the print was crooked… These canvases are completely unusable!

I absolutely love my rugs I ordered 2 of them. They have such a huge selection it took me awhile to figure out what 2 I was going to buy and I'm sure glad that I got the 2 I did as I'm sure they all are beautiful the ones I received were amazing I love them. Thanks guys

I have not received my order, then you said you made a new one and sent it have not received that one either, very disappointed in your company and their ability to provide what i ordered
I ordered a Christmas gift for my nephew, and it arrived missing a piece and wouldn’t light up. My nephew was disappointed, but I requested I new piece and they shipped it, but it never arrived. I found out they sent it to the wrong an address (after going back and forth asking where it was). Trilogy said they sent a replacement and that never showed up too. There was no follow up and no replacements or refunds. I do not recommend shopping here.
I gave the company a description of what i wanted and they were able to accomplish this with no problem. It came out perfectly how i expected. I am pleased with the results.
