I bought my first home and used Trinity Financial and had a genuinely great experience. They were fast, knowledgeable, and clearly understood every stage of the process. What really stood out was their ability to anticipate what would be needed ahead of time—they didn’t just sit and wait for answers but used good judgement, chased things proactively, and kept everything moving.

They also had a direct contact at the bank, which sped the whole process up significantly. In contrast, my solicitors were extremely slow and unhelpful, often just emailing and waiting rather than thinking ahead or guiding me on the next steps. Trinity Financial were the complete opposite: proactive, practical, and excellent at problem-solving. I’d definitely recommend them.

I’ve purchased three homes in three countries, and Liam at Trinity was far and away the most helpful broker I’ve dealt with. Having arrived in June and started work in September, I was concerned about my application process being difficult. Liam provided flawless support and found a fantastic contract for me. I definitely read reviews before calling Trinity and wanted to ensure those that follow have a current reference.

As a first-time buyer purchasing my council flat through Right to Buy and using a Help to Buy ISA, the process was far from straightforward. There were multiple delays from the council which meant I had to submit three separate applications, and throughout all of it Jeanne was absolutely amazing.

She was incredibly patient, always reassuring, and consistently went above and beyond. Jeanne took the time to explain every term clearly, helped me understand each stage of the process, and even offered helpful advice on how to chase the council when things stalled. She also never rushed me — she always gave me the time I needed to make decisions, which really made a difference.

She was prompt, reliable, and always easy to contact via both email and phone, which gave me real peace of mind throughout the entire process.

On completion day, she even called me and was genuinely happy for me, which meant so much after the long journey.

I was looking for a specialist mortgage on a flat with many unusual aspects such as short lease and ex-council. It's pretty rare these days to have such amazing customer service. Jed and Conor were our main points of contact during the whole process (finding a mortgage product, and various insurance covers). Jed was especially patient with us, and took the time to answer every question we had, calling us back minutes after trying to reach out to him. Conor was really helpful in helping us navigate the various insurance covers (life insurance and income protection). Thank you Trinity Financial, we will recommend you to anyone who asks.

As FTB the whole house buying process is quite daunting, however the team at Trinity (Luisa + Daniel) made it as stress free as possible.
