This the 3rd time am booking air tickets with tripbeam. Am so happy to share the experience with trip beam. The customer representative Akshant Sharma was really helpful with all the procedure to book the ticket and he waited very patiently until its done and make sure everthing is okay. I spent whole day at Calgary airport and trying to figure out Air Canada flight cancellation and then sorted out issue and got connected flight sorted by Robin without any complications. They are totally fraud agents they charge me $500 per ticket to cancel. when I checked with the airlines, they did not charge any money.
Now, these guys are not returning my money.
Never book flight tickets with these guys.
