Great Customer service. I really appreciate the staff (Polite, caring and respectful) and their prompt response. I requested the booking which was difficult to find on other website. Robin did his best to customize the booking as per my requirement and provided best option. I would say it's above and beyond service.

I spoke with Vaishali as well for the confirmation of tickets and she responded well.

Akshant was superful helpful...I was having a hard time finding a decent deal on tickets for my family...and than Akshant became my saviour and he went above and beyound in a very polite and professional manner.
