I have been purchasing watches from Jacek for years and is the only one I go to for vintage or pre-owned pieces. The highest of integrity, fair, responsive, and supremely knowledgeable. There is no reason to look anywhere else, period.

Buying a second hand timepiece requires trust. Jacek is trustworthy. He'll get you sorted.

Jacek is a true professional, and the 16710 I purchased from him was immaculate. Buy with confidence!

Jacek makes finding watches, easy. His knowledge, expertise and prices are the best in the business.

I am very happy with both of my pieces and will continue to buy from him moving forward.

Got my husband a surprise wedding gift watch from Tropical Watch - Jacek was very responsive, helped me choose the right one, and it was sent quickly and packaged carefully!

Jacek and Tropical Watch are one of the few companies I would trust whole-heartedly to know and speak to the value and service history of a watch. In a world where reputation is everything, Tropical Watch holds one of the highest. As for the watch itself, I am completely enamored with it, and the customer service was top notch. Questions answered immediately, watch shipped overnight, arrived as described, etc. It has continued to run perfectly, and was certified for water as per its original specifications. Would eagerly buy another watch from the team at Tropical Watch.

Great service, speedy delivery and the watch was exactly as described.

No one better than Jacek in the vintage world. Love my GMT. Smooth transaction. He’s always helpful and responsive. If you’re looking for a vintage piece, buy from Tropical Watch.

Jacek was prompt to respond to my questions and spent time going back and forth helping me decide between two watches. The all around service is incredible, it feels like a true boutique experience.

I have bought three watches from Tropical Watch and have found the process to be incredibly satisfying. Easy to deal with, honest and accurate description, and quick delivery. Don’t think I would look anywhere else!

Great experience. Bought a vintage Cartier. Received the next day.

Picked up a vintage santos 2960 from Jacek. He offered it at a great price with very efficient communication and shipment. The watch arrived in exceptional condition - just as advertised. As for as dealers go, and operating online, I feel like he is one of the best to purchase from in the USA if not the world.

One of the few places I would buy vintage Rolex.

100% trust. 100% knowledgable. This is my 5th purchase; just one more… :-)

Great service, beautiful watch. The description was spot on. It was my first time working with Tropical Watch and if I can afford another one it won’t be my last! Thank you, Jacek.

I purchased my 5th vintage watch from Jacek at Tropical Watch. As usual, the watch arrived in better than expected condition, shipping speed, and packaging. Communication is always fantastic and prices are very fair considering the quality you are getting. This is one of the most trusted dealers of vintage watches. I highly recommend.

Great communication, fair price, great sales experience! Jacek has a good reputation around the vintage watch community for honest dealing and quality merch. The first I check when looking for a "new" vintage watch. Will absolutely do biz again!

Fast shipping, fair prices, quick communication with no worries of getting a bad watch. I’ve bought 10 watches from Jacek he’s the best in the business.

Experience was smooth, comfortable, and fair. Tropical Watch went out of their way to accommodate my needs (including working on the price to fit my budget). Would highly recommend to anyone.

Jacek was prompt and professional and the watch was exactly as described.
