tropicalwatch.com Reviews

Jacek and his team at Tropical Watch have some of the best vintage and non-vintage watches on the Internet. Great communication, fair trade in values and quick secure shipping. My friends and I have all been happy buying from Tropical Watch.

A plus dealer. Seamless transaction every time. The pieces are graded very conservatively and are usually better than described. Watches are delivered on time every time. Never a bad experience

Jacek has been a great watch dealer to me for years now. I always feel like a got a great deal and he has always helped with whatever I needed. Ive dealt with him 5+ times at least over two years. I recently had to get a watch I got from him serviced for the first time ever and he made it super quick and easy. Jacek is the man. Really the only vintage dealer I buy from. And I don’t worry at all at this point. I know he’s got it covered.

I’ve bought two watches from Jacek and in both cases he was attentive, open to discussion, and quick to package and despatch the items following receipt of payment. The watches were both exactly as advertised/photographed and arrived to me in New Zealand the same week.

I learnt early that in vintage watches world we should buy the dealer. After burning my hands couple of times, I never bought a watch from anyone else but from Tropical Watch. Jacek makes the interaction very personal and takes care of his customers.

Very good communication, prompt shipping, and delivery as well. The item was exactly as expected, and the experience was far better than what I've had with others in this space.

Great watches. As described and whatnot. Also, great customer service. Watches are shipped out promptly. I live in the middle of the U.S. and received mine the next day.

I've bought two watches from Jacek. On the first, I changed my mind and wanted a different watch. The exchange process was great with constant communication.

Would highly recommend.

Jacek is a true professional. He is trustworthy and fair. Lifelong customer here!

What sets Tropical Watch apart isn't just their incredible curated selection—it's how they treat people. They are true watch nerds who love sharing their passion and taking the time to answer every follow-up question with patience and honesty. Jacek and his team treat transactions like the beginning of a long-term relationship, not just a sale. It is a rare privilege to find a dealer with this level of customer care and ethical standards in the vintage world. Jacek is at the top of his game professionally and personally. Good dude and one that I'll continue consult and buy from years to come.

Jacek was great! Very timely responses and even helped to quickly resolve a minor shipping snafu. Went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Couldn't be happier with my purchase or my experience!

Fast and secure shipping. Great price and great communication throughout the entire process.

I couldn't have had a better experience from start to finish! Tropical Watches has a great many watches, and I have been following their site as they post new watches weekly. The site has great pictures accompanied by a thorough description of their watches. When my watch was posted, I quickly reached out to their team and was answered within 24 hours. All my questions were answered, and the team went above and beyond to make sure I was very happy with my timepiece. The transaction was easy, and shipping was quick. I've had my watch for some time now and have reached back out to Jacek and his team for additional bands and bracelets, and I could not be happier with all of them. I would definitely suggest Tropical Watches to anyone, whether they're getting their first timepiece or just looking to add another great watch to their collection.

They say buy the seller not the watch. Jacek I would buy from over and over. He only stocks watches that have been tested and are desirable. His pictures show all the scratches better than human eye. Communication during negotiations are always pleasant. He truly works for the buyer to provide a great watch. He will even send amplitude and watch mechanical data. Amazing guy to buy from. Purchased moonphase day date AP Royal oak from 2006.

Very responsive (all within a day or a few hours) and professional. Easy to communicate with, offered a fair price, and sized/shipped the watch with tracking almost immediately. Would readily purchase again.

Great experience throughout. Great knowledge. Fast response. And exactly what he said the watch was.

1990 Day date as described (and great), prompt communication and shipping, and gave me a very fair price for both my trade-in and the new watch. I've recommended Jacek to many friends and will be buying more for sure!

I was a little nervous about making this purchase online. However, Jacek was great and I recieved the watch the next day. It was a pleasure doi g business with him and I Love the Watch! When I decide to buy another vintage Rolex I will purchase it from him!

Amazing selection of vintage and neo-vintage pieces, condition was fantastic on all of them too, and the buying process once you've made your choice was incredible, one of the smoothest deals I've had the pleasure to make! Jacek was responsive and did everything he could to make it a pleasant process from start to finish.

Based on two purchases I can say I am very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of Jacek. I would trust future purchases completely. Vintage Rolex can be a tricky field to navigate but Jacek takes the risk out with his honest and detailed approach.
