I have been chasing TrubleFX for the past 18 months, as it seems many of you have. After finally giving up I decided to instruct a solicitor to see if I could get my funds returned. He wrote to Ares Global who own Trublue FX - Company number 2023-00254. (FortGate Offshore Investment and Legal Services LTD). I got a very aggressive letter back from Alexsei Ratnikov, Director, telling me how dare I threaten to sue them and I have had my investment back and no further funds will be returned. After a few more emails and correspondence, Mr Ratnikov has now deleted my account.

I used AC Elliots attorneys If you are interested in pursuing anything. They are legit, you can check with the law society in St Lucia.

Here are my next steps and I implore you to do this also:

1. Contact Mega quotes, they are the company who facilitate their trading, and supply them with all the details of all trades.

2. Contact the FBI, explain all the details of the issue. The more that complain. The more they are likely to investigate. Please mention the above name.

3. I am UK citizen and contacted the UK embassy in St Lucia. I have emailed the High Commissioner there.

4. I have also sent a letter to the finance minister in St Lucia to gain his support over this matter, Wayne Girad

5. I will be sending further letters to the government and the prime minster, Philip Pierre for his support on this matter.

Until we bring this company to task, they will continue to treat people appallingly. Happy to be contacting privately to show you letters and other correspondence. Unfortunately, I do not think anyone will be receiving their money back.

It is highly advisable to not get involved with this fraudulent scheme than to trust their words and lose your money. After been ignored by the so called account manager and denied withdrawal on multiple occasion, cooked up a case through andrew parsons' securities; made sure I received every penny I deposited through the Trader's domain fraudulent scheme. Stay away from this scam!

I made a terrible mistake investing on this shady platform with the aim of getting financial freedom. I was totally wrong about them and should not have invested blindly. I reached out to the Financial Conduct Authority and they made it clear Trubluefx and Trader's domain are a scam network with offshore accounts that has been operating for over 4 years.
I pursued a re fund through andrew parsons & co securities and I have been duly compensated.
To whomever is still hoping Trubluefx is legit please conduct a due diligence, stop all communications with them and desist from sending them money because it is a scam and you might never get back your money. Fight for what's yours!

Has any one received their money for this? I tried emailing them and all my emails are bouncing back now as if they have just gone off line?

Nous avons investi sur la plateforme depuis un bon moment, nous avons fait une demande de retrait il y a maintenant 2 ans et nous n’avons aucun retour. Nous envoyons régulièrement des messages pour avoir une réponse mais aucune réponse. Nous avons eu une somme d’argent qui ne peut pas être utilisé. Nous nous posons la question : est-ce-qu’on pourra un jour bénéficier de cette somme qui fait déjà deux ans que nous attendons et de notre investissement. This company is a total scam. I put $75k hoping to enjoy the benefit they have to offer butI got nothing but pure frustration in return. They've stopped responding to my messages leaving me with no clue on how to get my money back. I have never had to deal with hassles like this with echelonis elitus since I began with them. They always deliver on payment.

I eventually managed to resolve my re-investment, but i didn't initially received the promised return calls, and everything ended up being quite last-minute. The person who eventually helped was fine, but thelady i spoke to twice failed to call me back as promised. i was very tempted to take my business elsewhere which was parkheadcap,org. I found the help i needed and they delivered promptly. Everything appears to be on track and i would use parkhead capital services again.

I have an account with them and I'm really worried about withdrawing money.It was only after i escalated the issue and contacted Natiisaa securities!!!that is was finally resolved and i got my investment out. This company needs to be investigated i submitted six withdrawal requests with all my bank details,but nothing happened. avoid this place nothing good comes out of here.

Does anyone know where Ted has run away after scamming all the investors? He stopped posting on IG for several months now...
Those saying that they are happy with the monopoly funds growing in their accounts are delusional. Ask any one of them if they have had any single $ in withdrawals in the past 2 years.
If Ted was not a scammer then there would have been tangible positive outcomes from the change from TD to TB but alas it was just a feeble attempt to white wash TD that has yielded nothing int he past 2 years...

They kept asking for more money even after i had taken out many loans , my aid was kind enough to help me get it back.

All I know is that by looking at my account with Trubluefx from what it was and what it is right know, it’s amazing.

I have watched my account grow to an unbelievable amount just by looking at it every day. I’m jumping through the roof with gratitude and joy.

I’m also receiving statements every day from them and I am sure we will all get positive news soon. Hopefully will all have a Merry Christmas and definitely a Happy New Year. Thank you Trubluefx family.

Keep up the good work and keep everyone’s account growing. I’m pretty sure those who have doubted you will soon come back here to repent and take back their negative thoughts. GOD BLESS.

pas d'information, pas de communication, pas de signe de vie, en les écoutant on a l'impression qu'ils travaillent dur pour régler le problème des retraits mais enfaite ils ne font rien à part twerker. on reçoit un copier-coller de mail tous les deux mois pour nous dire qu'aucune banque ne veux d'eux pour faire des transactions financière, normal vu que ce sont des escrocs......j'ai toujours un peu plus de 2500$ chez eux que j'attends de récupérer depuis mars de l'année dernière....voyez comment ils sont rapide et efficace pour les retraits.... comme ils le disent fièrement sur leur site internet.....à fuir tant que les retraits ne fonctionne pas.

Have been with them since TD. I realize the transition to TruBlue will take some time. Sad to hear that there is constantly banking issues but keeping positive hope that withdrawals will happen sooner than later. Keeping the faith. I had a withdrawal submitted back in 12/22 and 2/23. Please hold up to your end of transaction.
