Overall, from customer service perspective, onboarding my mortgage onto True North Mortgage was great. In comparison to my other mortgage provider, working with Dana from TNM, she was very attentive / communicative and gave me a true sense of wanting my business, not to mention a better rate. I'll be looking to work with TNM in the future for my mortgage needs.

Great service and a great rate. Far better than what my bank was willing to give me. Mitch Monaco was perfessional and easy to get a hold of whenever I had questions. I appreciated his honesty with one of the fees, even though it could have cost him the deal. Seems like other institutions would have hidden it in the fine print.
