Terrible Material when it finally arrived!
If the system would let me give zero stars, then I would. I suppose I must consider myself lucky that the item did actually arrive, unlike a lot of peoples' comments on here.
But that may be the best of it. What turned up was utter rubbish. The pictures of the union flag baseball cap certainly make it look like a quality product made from cotton or even a suede looking material. What arrived was cheap nylon with a blurred print of the flag/rips. Something you would expect from these dodgy Chinese shopping sites. Yeah, my advice. Don't waste your money.

Avoid. Goods not delivered.
Questionable claims of ‘Everything for sale on the Trupatriotic shop is made or fulfilled by veterans and those with disabilities who are employed by RBLI. The 100% proceeds from the sale of our products go directly to Trupatriotic's mission of providing support, care and employment to veterans such as 98 year old Percy who served in WW2 as part of 'The Forgotten Army’
I Have requested the Royal British Legion and the RBLI verify the partnership with this company and several others that they are trading under (Soulgrits)
In regards to the goods.. well, they never arrived after apparently getting impounded by customs. Goods are not of uk origin and come from china ! I wasn’t aware of this when ordering as their website claims to be supporting veterans etc and company is listed as London and so, expected the goods to be dispatched in the uk..
Tracking information, when a PayPal claim was made was a random made up number so goods couldn’t be tracked either..
seller agreed to refund if I cancelled the PayPal case ! Steer clear. Something is very awry with this company and questionable claims.
Happy to stand corrected if RBL & RBLI verify the partnership.. but….

Scam! Don't order. Terrible quality, from China
Update; do not use these people. The stuff is awful, they say they will refund and then only refund half the amount. Liars. Bad customer service saying to try to sell on yourself. All from China, nothing for veterans. AVOID. Order took weeks to come. Quality is absolutely terrible. I don't believe it is made by veterans at all as there are Chinese labels on. The material is disgusting. I wouldn't recommend ordering and will be reporting to trading standards due to the bad quality of product and misleading things information of how it was made.

Why didn’t I check trust pilot out first. Do not order from this company. They take your order when they don’t have the stock. I am about to issue a section 75. I have since found out you cannot issue a section 75 if it’s less than £100. This company are rip off merchants DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM I HAVE REPORTED THEM ON FACEBOOK FRAUD TEAM THEY HAVE £40 OF MY MONEY !!!

Do not purchase from this company
Product arrived approximately 3 weeks after ordering. Opened packaging and the first thing I saw was a Chinese label. So the product is imported and not produced in the UK. Ordered a 2xl which might just fit my 8 yr old grandson. Cheap iron on jacks and chest design. Do not purchase from this company, I would give em 0 stars if there was an option.🤬🤬🤬

Really poor quality t-shirt
I ordered a t-shirt that looks good on their site but when it eventually turned up about 3 weeks later the quality for the price is extremely poor and I will never be purchasing anything from trupatriotic.com again. I'm extremely disappointed.

I have just placed an order with this company and I notice the reviews are very poor. I initially came across it on Facebook the entered the website direct. I’m not sure when I will get my order however when you look into the company that’s it’s registered as
Hengyangqiao Township Network Technology Co., Ltd. If you check this on companies house site it was DISSOLVED 16/5/2023. I’ll give it a couple of weeks. I hope I’m proved wrong.

Poor quality, poor print, not 100% cotton
So I ordered a shirt from this company as the product online looked great and supposedly the purchase would help veterans. However, service wasn't great to start off with, I paid extra for the 3-5 day shipping but it took 11 days to turn up.
When it arrived, it definitely wasn't cotton, not too sure what it is but its cheap. The print also is shocking and looks like something a 14 Yr old done on MS Paint on a knock off version of windows 95.
I can't send it back now though as I ended up using to wear whilst decorating my house.
Won't be buying from here again and will stick to ordering from a true veteran supporting company with good quality clothing.

Appallingly poor customer service. I requested a change to an order, recieved a confirmation, which they then ignored.
They state that they support UK Veterans, how can they if these are made and shipped from China.
The company is a total con, for expensive cheap t-shirts.

I ordered a polo type shirt from this…
I ordered a polo type shirt from this company on the 20th June and I've just received it today after having to go to a property in the next road because it was delivered to the wrong address. If that was all that was wrong it would have been OK but it's not. I sent this company emails after a week and basically got told the order had been processed and sent to their warehouse. I asked for a delivery date which was nit forth coming but some one from customer services did email.me stating that I would receive my shirt within another two weeks. As I said I received it today 9th July and I can tell you I'm not happy with it at all. For a start the pictures of the products give you the false impression that there made out of cotton ir something similar, don't be fooled by that, there made out of cheap nylon or something like it and I wouldn't be seen dead in it, I have also noticed that they are now advertising shirts with God on them. Just what that's got to do with British service personnel I've no idea. I don't believe that any money goes to our service personnel and I'd stay away from this site, I've only given them 1 star because there isn't a minus option
