I ordered a cd that never arrived, I emailed many times with no response. I had dealt with this site many times and never had a problem. So I contacted my NatWest Bank filled a chargeback form on line which covers credit/debit cards, very simple, within one day they put the money back in my account. Well done NatWest and disappointed in Music2you and goodbye.

Ordered a CD for £9.99 4 weeks ago, it hasn’t arrived and it’s impossible to contact this company as my emails are just bouncing back. Do not purchase anything from this company. How many more £9.99’s are they pocketing ?

Tried to pay for my order impossible they kept saying my card was refused by the bank absolute nonsense.unfortunately it is impossible to get to speak with a member of staff so you keep going round in circles getting nowhere a disgraceful service!!!
Really poor customer service!!
I ordered a cd and it arrived within a week (great service) however, the cd I ordered was a gift and I found out (too late) that it had already been brought for them. I emailed and explained my problem as per their T&C's for a return. I have now emailed 4 times with no reply and my 14 day return period is nearly up. I would not recommend you order from this company as the customer service department is nonexistent.
Terrible company, Do not respond to emails
I mistakenly ordered 2 identical CDs (100 Golden Oldies) from this company on the 20th of January 2026.
I returned the surplus CD on the 26th of January. within the 14-day statutory cooling off period
I emailed the company asking for a full refund for the CD I had sent back
As of today 9th of February they still have not have had the courtesy to respond
to my email.
I have again emailed them today asking why they're why they haven't responded.
I would strongly advise anyone ordering from this company not to bother.

Podvod!! Vzali si moje peníze z karty, 49 liber, v červnu 2025, kniha Live Aid Relived, je prosinec 2025 a nic nepřišlo. Jediná odpověď od nich nepřišla, asi 30 emailu jsem poslal, nic!! Je to podvod!!!
Each time I try to pay on my Visa card…
Each time I try to pay on my Visa card I'm told there is a problem and they have locked my card. When I contacr my bank they say it's not been locked. To contact Music2You it has to go on MMS which I don't use. What can I do now?

Brilliant service. I ordered 'No1 Hits of the 50s' on 14 Oct 2025. Had confirmation Email of the order and my CDs were being dispatched. On 18 Oct 2025 the CDs arrived via Royal Mail, exactly as ordered. Very pleased with this company and would highly recommend them. Thanks, Music2You.

As seems to be the case with so many others, I recently ordered The Best No 1 s in the world CD set - only to receive Doris Days Greatest Hits. I have emailed them 3 times without even an acknowledgment. Furthermore, without first receiving their authorisation, they will not refund/replace.
Bitterly disappointed by their failure to respond and as a consequence, they have lost a loyal customer of several years standing!
Don’t order from this company
I ordered the No. One’s CD a couple of weeks ago and have just received a Doris Day CD instead. Exactly the same as other reviewers. I have sent 3 e mails to the contact info. on their ad in the Daily Mail, the third one today, and absolutely no response. There is no other way to contact them. Really appalling and the company is obviously dubious and I will not order from them again and people shouldn’t either. When I have time I will contact the Daily Mail and Trading Standards about this company.

I ordered “ Greatest Number 1 Hits “as advertised in the UK press, was sent Doris Day hits instead which was received a week ago. I have emailed them twice to ask where my correct CD is, and if they want the Doris Day CD sent back which I don't want. No response.

17/10/25 -rec'd correct CD in post, but no note, etc
20/10/25 - rec'd e-mail apology and request to return the Doris Day CD if we didn't want to keep it.
At least they have corrected the situation, so well done (and I've adjusted my score).

I have since received the correct CD and an email apologing for the mistake so I have changed my review to 5 stars
