Matthew Keddo was absolutely exceptional. We sold our Semi detached house through Trulli in Croydon . Matthew acted with professionalism, honesty and integrity throughout the whole process . From listing , to open house and also working with the other agent that we were buying from in conjunction for a smooth transition. Mathews customer service and communication was fantastic , I would highly recommend him and his team to anyone selling a property.

I have found Truuli really great, David has been such a support to me to move a complicated sale on when my tenant refused to move out. Always attentive, quick replies and responses and keeping me positive! and Seth straight in there when we could get moving again. So yes I give them 5 stars! Over and beyond!

Had to chase them a few times, and was handed over to a different agent after my offer was accepted without being informed. Communication could have been better once we were past the offer stage.

We met with a number of estate agents before deciding on Truuli. We immediately got a warm and honest feeling about Ryan.
Whilst most pitched a similar marketing strategy and commission fee, we felt that Truuli could offer a more personable service, and we're so glad we opted for a smaller firm.
We only dealt with Ryan from start to finish and he was superb. He understood our needs and was realistic about price. It would have been easy to try and win the business by marketing the property at an overinflated price, but he knew the market well and managed our expectations. His approach was refreshing.
The transaction ended up being very drawn out due to incompetent solicitors, but Ryan was there every step of the way reassuring us and ensuring we were always informed. In fact, he ended up doing more than the solicitors!
I cannot recommend Truuli highly enough, and in particular Ryan Morgan. We wouldn't list with any other agent in the future.
