Truuli Reviews

Working through this process with Ryan felt like me searching for and buying my incredible new flat with my family. He was always on the other end of the phone whenever I needed him. I loved the service at Truuli so much that we asked to be introduced to their lettings lead for the flat we were renting out - that’s when we met Nana who just like Ryan felt like family and has gone above and beyond for us! Buying and now renting properties is the most stressful thing I’ve ever done - working with Truuli TRULY took the edge off! Thanks guys!

Our Estate Agent, gave us excellent service. He was very polite, extremely helpful/knowledgable with the whole process & nothing was too much to ask for. We would recommend using Truuli & him to all our friends. Thanks again DC at Truuli.

Shelley kept me up to date on all things with regards to the sale and is very helpful.

From the moment we met Michael at Truuli we felt not only looked after but everything was clearly explained. With knowledge, undertsanding and a desire to help we felt good about the whole process of selling our home. Would recommend to all our friends locally.

Nana has been so helpful over the last year managing our rental home and our tenants. He found us great tenants for the price we wanted and they have been an absolute pleasure to have in our home. We have just renewed our contract for another year and once again Nana has made sure its been such a smooth easy process for us. Thank you Nana!

Estate agents are often viewed negatively but I honestly cannot fault the service we received from Truuli.
Leigh in particular was amazing from start to finish. He understood our situation and worked hard to get us our asking price, was available to answer queries, helped liaise with solicitors and patiently walked us through the whole process.
Thanks so much

From the first meeting with Truuli I was impressed with their knowledge of the area my house was located in and their wealth of experience in dealing with all the questions and issues I threw at them. Leigh is exceptional at what he does and always felt confident and comfortable when speaking with him.

We wanted to send a big thank you for all the work Matthew's done for us. He helped us to catch the chance of our new property and introduced us an experienced broker. He assisted a lot to communicate with the vendors and solicitors during the process towards completion.

We appreciate all his help.

Very supportive and ready to help anytime.

Ryan Morgan has been fantastic and consistent from the day of viewing the property upto the completion. Ryan insured to always keep me up to date and is simply excellent at his job and very knowledgeable.

What can I say, I'm highly impressed with Micheal's impeccable service at Truuli. He's a genuinely honest guy and kept us informed throughout the buying process. I would definitely recommend contacting him if you're looking to buy or sell. Great work!

Quick efficient thorough service provided by NANA, very professional, smart and exceptionally market aware. Will definitely use them again.

Nana is a great agent to work with at truuli. Super helpful and diligent. He didn't give up until he finished his work and got me my flat. Thank you so much. Really recommend you.

What impressed me most was, what was said would be done was done and in a timely manner. This instilled trust. They were contactable and responded swiftly, all the components of good customer service especially with the stresses that accompany selling and moving home.

David Cole made the whole experience smooth sailing and he was so patient throughout our journey of finding a home, I would highly recommend him and his professional ethnic.

The treatment I received and professional behaviour I received from Leigh Hunt makes me feel confident to recommend him to other people.

David was really great. He communicated all stages of the tenancy well and carried me along. He was able to match my needs.
I would recommend Truuli.
Thanks

I am totally pleased with way Truuli have dealt with the sale of our house, I would like to give an extra big thank to Shelley Smith who been accommodating throughout.

I choose Truuli because they really seemed to care and turns out they do. Leigh was extremely helpful and ensured I was able to contact him when needed. The property was not an easy one to sell but he went the extra mile to get a great solution. I would definitely recommend him and Truuli
