From the very beginning, Ryan was super communicative and responsive. He listened to my needs and preferences, and then worked tirelessly to find properties that fit the bill. Even when I was being picky (sorry about that!), he remained patient and understanding.

But what really stood out to me was how he guided me through the negotiation and closing process. As a first-time buyer, I had a lot of questions and concerns, but he took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense. He was always available to chat and always had my best interests at heart.

What an amazing and impeccable service!!! I decided to go through Truuli to buy my first property and I have no regrets. I was reluctant to go through Truuli who are not a very well known estate agents compared to some of the other big name players, however I now have no regrets and I would do so again when I am ready to purchase another property. Sometimes it is good to trust your instincts. Leigh Thomas at Truuli has been great throughout my selling experience. I struggled through my first attempt to sell but Leigh stuck with me after I went back on the market and am pleased to now have a buyer! Leigh and the whole team at Truuli have been very friendly and guided me through the process and I am now nearing completion.

Shelly Smith really knew the type of property I wanted as she showed me a property I had not requested to view and I completely fell in love with it. She offered great advice between the offer stage all the way to completion and I am thoroughly grateful! She also kept in good contact weekly and I completed in 3 months. Buying a house through Truuli has been absolutely great.The service was fantastic and Michael Anthony always supported whenever there were issues with the solicitor.
It took me only 2 months to complete and this is thanks to the wonderful service Truuli offer.
I would give it 5 stars if I didn't have to call several times on completion date,to find out where and what time to meet.

Leigh and Akuwa have been stars, very proactive in finding genuine buyers within a few days of our properties going on the market. Professionals with a personal engagement throughout the transaction, which is rare in the industry. They effectively liaised between solicitors for both parties, and we were promptly informed of any developments. They also helped in arranging their own contractors to sort out some certifications at very competitive rates.
Highly recommended, and will definitely be using them to sell and buy in the future.
