Excellent service from Leigh and all the staff involved. As moving house is very stressful they made, at least this part of selling the house and moving relatively stress free. House sold after first open day and only two weeks after it went on the market.

She came prepared with information on the flat and where she wasn't sure, she followed up via email.
She was honest about what needed work, as well as the good points of the flat. She was really accommodating with timings and didn't rush us at all while remaining fair to the buyer too.

I viewed a property (terraced house) with Truuli at Croydon CR0 arranged by AA (Truuli Property Expert) on 11 March 2023. Didn't receive any call asking about the feedback. I emailed, no reply. Emailed through Zoopla, no reply. On 21 March 2023, received a phone call and later received the offer form. Placed an offer and no feedback. Noticed in Zoopla that the property was Sold STC after a few days. On 07 April 2023, noticed the property came back to the market again. Thanks to almighty that I didn't go for this purchase or my offer was not accepted. So unfriendly and demotivated attitude from the Truuli Property Expert (name mentioned above). Wasted my time. This was my second property viewing with Truuli, the first one was unsuccessful as a Squatter came out from the house with a big dog and we were around 10 people waiting to view the property. Couldn't even view the property on 23 July 2022. Why did the property expert invite so many people for viewing the property at the same time?!! Never find any other Estate Agents in the UK!!

I recently used Truuli to rent out my property in South London and my lettings officer Nana, was a gem, he was very knowledgeable about the area and recommended tenants, he really went above and beyond to secure me tenants for my property, previous letting officers have always disappointed me but Nana and Truuli were excellent, great service Nana, hope you stay like this throughout our business, this letting officer Nana and his office I would recommend for their professionalism and great service
