If I could give 0 stars I would. As a first home buyer the experience with Leigh from Truuli has been horrific. The number of threats to re-list the property when we didn't immediately reply even though no expectations on a reply or explanations on what was being asked was absolutely horrific. As first home buyers we felt absolutely bullied by Leigh.

They would do well to remember buyers are future sellers.

Truuli and in particular Ryan have been fantastic in helping us buy our first property. Ryan was always available to talk through any concerns and was genuinley keen to help. My experience with Tuui was great Leigh Thomas as stick with me throughout the whole process.

I contacted four local estate agents when I wanted to sell my property in Croydon. Two of them did not reply at all and the other replied after one week. Truuli replied within 2 hours and arranged for a valuation to be carried out 2 days later.
On the day of the valuation, Leigh Thomas came and checked over the property. He gave me a valuation, explained the process going forward and the agencies fees. I was impressed by his thoroughness and friendly approach. I agreed to sign up with Truuli and within a week the photos were taken, the property advertised and the first viewings organised. Very impressive.
Leigh Thomas became invaluable ln the ongoing process, which due to an awkward first time buyer, took longer than it should have. His patience and perseverance saved the day.
