I have repeatedly asked this to be canceled! I am on retirement! I can’t afford this! It was supposed to be a one time thing. I now did THREE JARS A MONTH! Please CANCEL IT!

Biggest bunch of crooks !!! Said they would stop billing my cc ! Just got another two boxes .Doing a charge back on everything !

This is a scam company, once you order they keep sending and sending and sending and sending and keep charging until you have to get a new bank card!! These people are more unethical than their bogus products!!

Product is not doing anything. Automatically renews purchase, so you buy another batch every month. Very difficult cancel. Had to block my credit card.

I constantly email this scam of a company and ask to to stop charging me 89.99$ month. I've called my CC company and they advise me tha call company. This company is dog crap and needs to stop stealing $ from people.

Tried to return product in the 30 day window....wasn't possible, they would not send a prepaid shipping label for the return. From the $58 of the item they only credit a $14. Made a complaint through the credit card company and then Celivida made a full refund....with no explanation

If there was a negative choice I would choose it. Celivida charged me for an order they I never authorized$91. I cancelled my subscription, got the confirmation message, and 2 months later I was charged again - no product was ordered by me or received. They have now offered a “courtesy refund” of $25. I told them i expected a full refund as I didn’t authorize the charge, or receive any further NAD+. Stay away stay very far away .

Scam. They've changed their name and are billing me under the new name. Wasn't even aware this was a subscription. Also noticed they've placed a new label over their old product. If they don't cancel my subscription I will be seeking legal actions as I had a bad reaction after taking this product. Was just going to throw the product out and keep quiet until I've noticed a new charge Nov.9 th on my Amex.

This is a scam company be aware because carge your credit card with no permission off you i send them email to cancel but nothing happen be careful it's a scam

Scam! and i got charged again for a purchase that i never did!

It’s a scam don’t do it. I wanted to buy NAD+ one off under their previous brand catanutra and did not subscribe to anything. Not only did they auto subscribe me have tried to charge my card 20 times and when they changed company name they repeated tried to charge me for a product I did not sign up for. Do not by any means transact with these people. When I blocked my card they then tried contact me to update billing info after ignoring my emails filing complaints.

This is a scam company that goes by different names. They claim to be USA and 100 percent guarantee and refund. In reality it’s China, then another company and a month later you get a package that is beat up from California. After 27 letters for my refund and cancellation letter… nothing but promises! Scam alert!

I have subscribed for their NAD+ but decided not to. But they kept sending and auto renewing and deducting from my bank account.
I wrote to hello@trycelivida but it just gets bounced back and said there is no such site.
Please be alert ... got my product but, when you want to stop, you can't get to them.... kept sending and deducting.

Becareful of these , I ended up receiving blocking my own card cause they put you in a subscription, customer care is just an automatic email. Also don't trust the good reviews. The products are not even tested and there are no instructions, side effects nothing at all. I ordered once to try them and threw them in the bin. Then surprise !! Scammed me with a subscription that I couldn't stop

THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM . I HAVE TRIED TO CANCEL THIS ABOUT 6 TIMES NOW . THE SACHETS ARE TINY WITH HARDLY ANYTHING IN THEM . THEY DONT WORK. ITS PROBABLY JUST COLOURED WATER. i DONT KNOW HOW THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH THIS . ITS SO WRONG. tHERE HAS TO BE MORE LAWS ABOUT THIS. I WAS SURE I OPTED FOR THE ONE OFF PAYMENT. IT HAS COME BACK AND TAKEN MONEY 2 MORE TIMES AFTER I CANCELLED AND THIS MORN I RECEIVED ANOTHER EMAIL TO SAY YOUR ORDER IS ON THE WAY.

It's a scam, they renew the order and charge you an amount of money.
I wouldn't put in my mouth this chit, you don't know what it is... Their new names is CELIVIDA, all fake and they want to screw you😡
