Scam. Scam scam! They sign you up for subscription you do not ask for. More than a month after acknowledging email where I asked them to STOP do not remove another penny from my bank acct, they took $89 from my account. I emailed again and they tried to say we don’t show ever having contact with you. I screenshotted every email that was sent from me and from them. Then they agree to cancel but no mention of refund.
I am in the process of reporting to my State’s Atty General and Federal Trade Commission!
Stay away from this company and the shady people their!

Total scam. Probably colored water: comes from China but pretends it’s made in USA. They charge you indefinitely for a subscription you never agreed to. It took me 20 mails to cancel subscription.
Stay away from: thieves.

I have attempted, numerous times, to cancel this subscription. This company is not transparent about cancelation policies nor responds appropriately.

De hæver penge før de sender varen, min bank advarede mod dem, desværre nåede de ikke at stoppe dem, inden de havde snuppet pengene. Så hold jer langt væk fra dem, de svindler, og så skifter de navn.

Be careful — they charge every month without permission!

This company is the biggest scam in the history of scammers! I have the same problem and was able to resolve through my bank. As a matter of fact, they sent me two bottles of pills as the previous person mentioned which I never ordered either. I am not sure how they continue to charge even in cards that have been blocked and so forth. They need to be exposed.

I have been screwing around with this company since July 2025. I KNOW I only ordered 1x. I NEVER buy anything on auto shipments EVER.
I have been going back and forth, arguing to STOP/CANCEL this order when they send me the notification that the order is being shipped and I was charged again!
1st few times they replied that I ordered from a fake account(distribution) link. They can't do anything about it.
I called bullshit! I'm replying to YOUR COMPANY email telling me I was charged again!
They do send the NAD+ product which is total crap!
It is now 10/4/25 and reported fraud 2x about this Company. They go by CELIVIDA.
I went to the bank in August & reported fraud after more runaround from the email customer service.
Closed my debit card and got a new card. They sent me another email 10/2/25 saying that the product was shipped & charged my card again.
The card # is the old debit card. It shows it pulled from my checking account. The charge is on my ACH that it pulled.
How in the hell is that possible??

I sent another angry email 10/2/25.
Their reply last night was that I set it up as auto shipment & will gladly talk me thru how to cancel.
My email reply: screw you! I have repeatedly demanded/begged to STOP/CANCEL ALL SHIPMENTS since 7/3/25 .....it's now 10/4/25.
I went to the bank again yesterday and closed my checking account & reopened a different account. I have no cards on my digital wallet, so bank has no idea how they keep pulling $.
I am hoping the issue is finally resolved.
We shall see come November 2025.

**The bottle has changed appearance 3x since June. Green/light green lid, dark green/dark green top & now Black bottle.

July there was a pill in the bottle that didn't match any other pill in the bottle it was a very dark colored power.

Last 2 bottles arrived with powder substance inside. Capsule open and contents all over.

**AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! YOU WILL NEVER GET THEM TO STOP. THE PRODUCT IS SHIT AND SO IS THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
YOU CAN ONLY CONTACT THEM VIA EMAIL. NOTHING IS EVER RESOLVED!!
I'M UPSET THAT I HAD TO CLOSE MY BANK ACCOUNT I'VE HAD IN GREAT STANDINGS WITH FOR 10+YRS DUE TO THE COMPANY PULLING MONEY OUT.

card. I have never had an issue like this before. IF you need a supplement- just go to a health food store so you know where it is truly coming from & you have control of your money.

It is impossible to cancel, I have been trying to cancel any subscription, which I do not recall asking for. I made a purchase in july and since then they keep debiting my card I cannot cancel, only by email, and their service do not seem to understand a plain cancelation email, theykeep asking me if that is what I want.
I have now cancelled my card to stop more debits. Furthermore I have not received one parcel, despite them saying it was delivered!

You clearly haven' t read my email properly , the first time and also not now!
hereby I Want to inform you, you did take an additional charge of my banc-account today and you did send me an email that a second order is on its way!
I made sure in my last email I only wanted 1 order and your email answered;
"We also verified on our end that there is only one order under your name, so you have only been charged once. If you’d like further peace of mind, we encourage you to contact your bank, who can validate this for you as well."

On the New Celvida website you still talk about 30 packets and your pictures also mention 30 packets!
So from my first order I still want to receive the 30 packets ,10 for each box
I do not want the order you want to send to me now and I do not want to pay the 78 euro!!!!
I just returned home from Hospital to find all this problem again, please
-refund me the money 78 euro from last order
-please send me the 30 packets you still owe me from my first order
-please do not send me anything any more, i do not want anymore re-occuring orders that drop out of the sky!

Fraud!
Boxes of NAD don’t carry 30 pouches they carry 20 each even though they advertise 30 and the box says 30. They pin you for a reorder claiming that you asked for a subscription even though it was absolutely unclear that was the case and I ticked the box saying no! Finally when they charged my card without permission they refused to refund as the item has shipped…. It hasn’t yet and it took 4 emails requesting subscription cancellation for them to actually half say they would. To top it off there is no way of cancelling your subscription on the website although they say there is. They are crooks!!!!

fraudulent business. no product and no way to cancel. they change web address every month to avoid credit card disputes and fraud. Their address is also a UPS store.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I purchased some NAD from Cata Nutra 3 months ago. Last month Cata Nutra charged me for an order that I didn't order. I cancelled it. NOW the 3rd month - never had I heard of trycelivida.com but they have charged me again another $100 for more NAD!!!! I haven't even finished my first order, let alone my second order and now the 3rd time from another associate company!!! CANNOT BE TRUSTED

dont buy this shiot. they will say they have canceled but will still take money from you. product is shit, trow it insteed of take it.

Don’t buy from them!! They are the previous CATA NUTRA. They changed the name as CATA NUTRA had too many bad reviews. Now they are Celivida. They are the same scammers. They cheat you into a subscription you are not aware of. They charged me monthly even when I cancelled and they told me they would cancel the subscription. Well they don’t!! Every month they take €78. On top of that they are a drop shipping company, you think you buy from the USA, BUT IT IS CHINESE RUBBISH sent from China. You don’t know what you put into your mouth! THEY COULD PUT ANYTHING INSIDE. BE AWARE!
And you think you get 30 pockets as it says on the box (a month supply) . But there are only 20 pockets inside. Another scam. STAY CLEAR OF THESE CHEATERS, SCAMMERS AND THIEVES!!

They locked me into a subscription I couldn’t cancel, kept charging my card, and ignored my requests. Now they’ve changed their name to hide the bad reviews and complaints.

Same tactics. Same fake support. Same fake “supplements”.
