Prompt delivery, with clear instructions on how to set up hearing aids First class service all round

Delivery wasn't great was messed around by the courier until the company got in touch with them. I have since sent emails to request where I can get smaller domes but never got a reply. 10

Biggest load of rubbish I ever bought.

Mine kept whistling every time I moved.

My partner could not get small enough earpieces, despite writing to ask if you could supply smaller ones.

Great hearing aids, I can now turn the volume on my TV down from 32 to 24. I did not realise how bad my hearing had got, well happy!

I can hear all round voices noises, even bird song in a morning alot better, they've help me alot better than the NHS ones ,definitely recommend these

The red one is brilliant but the blue one doesn't work.

Unfortunately I have very small ears so your hearing aids sre not very comfortable for me. I do use them, occasionally, as backup for my Specsavers aids. Also as there’s only one set of very small earplugs, should they wear out I’m stuck as the others are all way too big. And lastly Ibget a lot of feedback noise when I’m inserting them. Sorry to give negative feedback, just think they are to big for my ears.

At first I had problems settling in with them adjusting the correct buttons but after some perseverance I think I’ve got them right. I find them comfortable and not intrusive making me feel more comfortable and confident in using them.

These have tranformed my hearing beyond my expectations , I am able to hear conversation in areas where background noise used to be a problem , great value for the price

These help me hear when socialising. They enable me to feel part of things instead of shutting down because I can’t hear once you get the right fitting everything is super clear at a great price

I still haven’t received them. Evri said they had delivered but haven’t and proof photo was not of our house. Still waiting for Evri to find my parcel and to get a relreplyfrom them

Easy to use and set up and are as good s or even slightly better than the ones I paid £1200.00 for from specsavers 3 years ago. I would certainly recommend your products to my friends
