I bought the variety pack. It took weeks to arrive and they sent me expired product. (It still tasted good). But I tried reaching out countless times with no response. Now their emails are bouncing. Maybe they blocked me? I also didn’t realize I had signed up for a subscription, so I was charged for a second shipment of the variety pack, but never received the second order. Their customer service is non existant. Total scam.

One star because it actually tastes good, is low sodium and ingredients are ok. But. The subscription is super deceiving, the box design is horrible, and there is no customer service. I feel totally scammed. I contacted many times, they took my money for the subscription I didn't even agreed and know about and I never saw the product even. I will not support a company like that even if the product is "ok".

The cereal is excellent—all four flavors great! Their communication stinks though. Had auto shipping and was charged in early December but no product. Wrote 4 times using their online contact form (they offer no phone number), but no response. Found an email address for them—but crickets chirped.

Finally asked Chase to reverse the charge which they did. Three days later on 12/31 Cravies sent me an email notice that the order had been cancelled for unexpected circumstances and no refund had been issued. Today they refunded the charge. All could have been avoided (and I would have kept my account open) if they’d just responded. Horrible customer service and foolish business practices!

Placed order for me that I never made. Impossible to contact them since they have no phone number, the email doesn't work, and they ignore Instagram .

Do not order from them.

The company continues to ignore my emails despite me having sent three about a damaged and open single box of cereal from a 8x box set of recurring orders. I am obviously a loyal customer so the fact that they couldn’t reimburse me one box when I’ve bought 6x subscription packages or so by now seems rediculous an like they don’t care about their customers

Absolutely a scam. Did not sign up for a subscription. They still billed me and then never sent anything. Their contact emails dont work. They dont have their comments section on for a reason. Do not use them.

I don't know why my detailed review is missing. Please listen to the other 1 star reviewers in this thread. Expired cereal, wrong ingredients, auto renewal scam, absolutely no customer service, missing product. All of these are consistent and valid claims. Please be aware and don't hassle yourself. Stay away.

I have loved cereal all my life, yet now at 55 years old, I can't take in all the carb I loved as a kid. So I've tried many other 'keto' cereals. Many of them tasted like cardboard or were so chewy that I was constantly trying to pry it our of my teeth. And the taste was just ok. But then I decided to try Cravies...OMG I was surprised at how delicious it was and how it tasted and 'acted' like regular cereal. By 'acted' I mean, the cereal soaked up the milk slowly but not to the point of being a soggy slop. My favorite hands down is the Cookies and Cream flavor. I am definitely a fan and will continue to order Cravies for my cereal fix.

We have tried a lot of the protein cereals and only a couple have we found really tasty. Cravies is THE BEST and OUTSTANDING. Great ingredients with a good amount of protein for cereal. The cookies and honey versions remind me of Cookie Crisp and honeycomb. Definitely a slam dunk here! Addicted.

I like that the Cravies cereal has 2 more servings than Magic Spoon, and the calories are a little less, but it tastes very similar and still doesn't have the 10 to 1 ratio of calories to protein. The 2 improvements which could be made would be to reformat the recipe to improve the calorie to protein ratio and to add a fruity flavor like fruit loops. Due to the taste leaving a bit to be desired if the calorie to protein ratio was better it would be easier to overlook the less than perfect flavor.

All four flavors are good. My favorite 2 are peanut butter and cookies and cream. They are the perfect crunchy snack that doesn't spike my sugars.

Our first order from cravies arrived with expired, stale cereal. We reached out to the company and they were apologetic offering to send us fresh boxes at no charge. We accepted their offer but when they sent us new boxes they charged our credit card for them. We reached out about the charge and never heard back. This morning we were charged AGAIN for an order we never placed. There is no phone number on their website and their email address no longer works. Cravies' customer service is essentially nonexistent and I would NOT recommend their product.

A total scam. They have no email capabilities anymore. No way to contact this company. Ordered a one-time shipment in November. This morning I received an email that they have apparently signed me up for auto-renew monthly, which I did NOT request back in November. Their cereal they ship you is expired. The ingredients on the box do not match what's on their website, at all.

I have tried several high protein cereals due to having bariatric surgery about a year and a half ago (meaning I need to track my protein intake every day). Most of the cereals I tried were okay, but very expensive! Then I found Cravies. I was a little skeptical of the lower price point, but was pleasantly surprised to love the Peanut Crazy flavor! It's great as cereal with milk, added to yogurt, or eaten as a dry, crunchy treat.

Beware that this company signs you up for automatic reorder and will keep sending the product monthly. I loved the cereal, but I got it because I’m diabetic and it shot my blood glucose above 350 even though I took double the insulin indicated by the carbs listed.

Scam. Incorrect ingredients. Subscribed automatically autoship without consent. Customer service doesn’t exist.

Awesome high volume/low-calorie cereal with great macros! The chocolate and cookies & cream flavor are my favorite :) I find the honey and peanut butter to be more plain and not very flavorful. They’re great for munching, throwing on top of cottage cheese or yogurt, or simply eating as a typical bowl of cereal! YUM!

I ordered a bundle order to try a few different flavors. The flavor was pretty good but they are hard as a rock and no amount of milk soaking seems to soften them up. I have sensitive teeth so that doesn't work for me. This would have been a 3 star review except I just saw a hit on my credit card statement for another order from Cravies. Turns out they automatically sign you up for a subscription when you order. I'm sure it was in the fine print no one reads and accepts, but that is complete scamming BS. It's also their policy that whenever an order is placed it cannot be cancelled or modified. I'm sure they literally have that policy just for this specific purpose, so people can't cancel the second automatic order. If you have to scam your customers to do business, you shouldn't be in business. I hope this business goes bankrupt.

Love the cereal! I wish they had more plant based option though. Also the peanut flavor may need some tweaking. I had to add some pb2 to make it taste more peanut buttery.

The chocobo and cookies and cream are amazing!

The cereal is delicious and amazing and stays crunchy and with the protein hit? Obsessed.
