Besides the fact that they kept sending them although I never signed up for a subscription, and having to jump thru hoops to get a refund, more concerned that they spike my blood sugar. They taste fine, thats not the issue. I wear a CGM and after eating them multiple times and multiple flavors, after 1 to 2 hours my blood sugar jumped up over 100 units each time. Was 100 in the morning when I got up, then 2 hours later nearing 200!! Something is not right. I tested eating this 8 times, same result, 1 cup serving with 2 oz of no sugar almond milk. Looks like the rest is going in the garbage.

Tastes so good to be so healthy! Kids loved it.

They automatically put you on a subscription, spam you with emails asking for you to review them (even when your product hasn't arrived) -- but then they apparently have gone out of business but are still taking payments?

I have 3 orders from them that I have yet to receive (they say takes 2-4 days, it's been over 30).

I reached out to their email "hi (at) trycravies.com" and got an "email doesn't exist" error.

They have no way to call or live chat. Their instagram hasn't been updated in 19 weeks. I've reached out to their contact form and messaged them on instagram but I'm not holding hopes.

Avoid purchasing. First order in November arrived. Tasted fine. Underhanded tactics on ordering make it difficult to opt out of subscription, with no confirmations you were signed up. Got a charge in December and thought oh well it tasted ok. Realized I never received the cereal when I was charged again in January. No shipping confirmation, no nothing. Just stole $35 twice with no shipment of goods. Attempted to reach out 5 different times, no response. Finally the charges were reversed after I called my credit card company and opened a fraud case after two weeks of attempted contact. Do better. Report this organization and don't give them your money.

The cereals are pretty good. But have had a problem with billing/the subscription. Had ordered twice on my own and then they wanted to send more. I asked to stop the subscription for now since I have double digit unopened boxes already. Got credit card company involved. They canceled the order and then THE SAME DAY MADE A RE-ORDER. And the email they say to email to bounces bank AND the email they send from bounces back.

Cereal tastes great. However it keeps arriving expired. We have reached out to the company with no response back.

You make a purchase for a bundle of cereal except that purchase is unknowingly a subscription. Then for the second shipment they charge you but then everything says out of stock and they never send you anything. Their contact form leads to no response whatsoever and their email doesn’t work either. Had to charge back my credit card. Shame though because the cereal was good and I would have liked to order it again.

They sent me expired cereal. The never sent me my cereal after I unsubscribed. And charged me anyway.

Tried the product out. Didn't know it was a subscription. I canceled but understood that it was after the subscription which is fine. I never received a second order from November phone number and the email address says invalid email. Definitely a scam. Beware

Cereal is great. Tastes great. Great texture.

Unfortunately, the customer service is terrible.

No issues with my first order. Then, I was charged for a subscription order on Dec. 15. I hadn't realized I signed up for a subscription. I was able to cancel my subscription, however that order is still in limbo. It hasn't been fulfilled, and I haven't been refunded.

I've tried to contact customer service, but the email bounces back undeliverable. The form on the website goes unanswered.

It seems like they may be out of business or going out of business. Last check most of their cereals are listed as out of stock on their website.

It's sad that such a great product has been terribly mismanaged.

I bought 4 boxes of cereal and received them. The cereal is fine. I then found out the next month I was signed up for a subscription. I did not want a subscription. I tried the email listed several times and received the email back saying server could not be found. I also used a form on the Cravies website to ask to stop my subscription. I found my account and cancelled the subscription. I was charged $35 and never received the cereal. The next month, I was charged $35 again for a subscription of 4 boxes and never received the cereal. Again, no response from the company. So, I am out $70, I have cancelled the subscription that I never wanted twice (I have the verifications) and I have not received any correspondence from the company.

This cereal is delicious! I love that it is high in protein and low in sugar and carbs.

Ordering was easy. Eating Cravies cereal was even easier. Expensive but so, so good.

Purchesd product in Nov.2025, recieved product. Was charged again Dec.2025, didnt authorize and recieve any product.This was not a subscribed order.By the reviews of this Company, this is a recurring problem.

Cereal is terrific
But unfortunately the customer service is not so much
We emailed the company numerous times regarding a shipment that was billed to us but was never delivered and we never heard back
We had to dispute the charge on our credit card

This company is NOT great at communication at all. I was charged for a subscription, which is fine. I didn't cancel in time, but now my order is in an UNFULFILLED status, and I have attempted to reach out to them via email several times, to no avail. I would be fine if I had received my order placed on 12/20/25 because the cereal is good. But for them to go completely silent now that they have my money is gross. And there is no way to reach them by phone to discuss options. I hate subscription-based crap and all of the hoops they require one to jump through to cancel, and I still don't have a confirmation of cancellation. If I get charged again this month, I will be more than just a little angry. Don't try this cereal, you will regret it, not because of the cereal but because of the ethics of the company!

they subscribed me without consent then did not send the cereals and are not answering email. No phone number to contact them. HORRIBLE

The cereals tasted good but each of the four boxes I purchased had expired freshness dates stamped on the bags (all 4 boxes!). This was not a good introduction for a subscriber who paid over $7.50 per box. I emailed the company and did not receive a response. Never again!!

Wish the ingredients were listed properly on website. Says it’s pea protein and brown rice, but when you get the box you see it’s actually soy protein isolate. Some of us have digestive challenges with soy! Honesty would be better. But it is tasty cereal. Just can’t eat it before I know I will be around other people, if you know what I mean!
