The reason for the 4 not 5 stars is the box and cereal boxes that were shipped looked like they had been dropkicked across the US

The tastiest no/low sugar cereal I’ve tried! All of the flavors are great but my favorite is the peanut butter. Now, how about a cinnamon flavored one!

First of all, they stole $45 from me. They charge my card and never delivered the product. Then they kept trying to charge more and I had to delete my charge card and account from their website. They never responded to Discover, so the money was still taken out of my account. It's a total scam company. The emails and phone numbers are all disconnected, or fake.

Very good flavors the peanut butter is our least favorite.

Terrific cereal, awful support and subscription service. I have been charged 3 times since my initial order and received emails claiming my product was on the way with dead tracking links, email addresses I cannot reply to or open and a contact form on the website that apparently also goes nowhere.

I tried this product soon after it launched. The website seemed hastily thrown together and not ready for actual use. The vagueness of the checkout process left me fearful that I had been automatically signed up for a subscription without consenting to such.
I immediately sent an email that wasn't answered for several days. They said it was no problem to cancel my (non) subscription.
The cereal arrived and was actually better than Magic Spoon for just over half the price. I actually tried to place a second order, but the cereal was now deceptively priced and the shipping cost had skyrocketed. I contacted them again, but they denied changing anything. The next time I checked the site, everything was sold out and has remained so.
This company has a decent product, but was totally unprepared to go into business. I hope they made enough money to hire better management.

AVOID THIS SCAM CEREAL!!!
Purchased 8 boxes to try four different flavors...only received 3 flavors?! All 8 boxes were expired by 3 months! Boxes are very small (8.84oz) and made of thin paper, like construction paper...so they were all crushed by the time they arrived. These guys try to scam you into a "mandatory" subscription, but I canceled mine immediately. I sent them en email, but they never responded. They must be out of business now because their website is non-existent. All the signs of a shady business doing scam b.s. and the cereal tastes bland as hell.

This company has not returned numerous emails regarding my being charged for product I did not order, nor receive.

Although the cereal is real, at this point I'm not so sure the company is.

I got a subscription of four different flavors of cereal. The first delivery all 4 boxes were expired by 6 months or more. I emailed their customer support and got no response. They charged me for the next month, but never sent the product. I emailed again. Nothing. I called a phone number provided by PayPal(I was fighting the charge) and it was disconnected. I'm luckily I got my money back from PayPal.

So I ordered the cereal and foolishly put myself on a subscription with this company. I did get four boxes and the cereal was good. Then it continued to get billed every month for the next three months never seeing any additional product. I tried to email them, call the phone number, etc. no response from any attempts that I have made. I do truly believe that they went belly up.

Signed up for a subscription, was charged for it almost two months ago and have yet to receive it. They do not respond to inquiries, you cannot tag them on instagram, you cannot call… you cannot get answers. Sad since I really like this cereal.

I ordered in November for 1 shipment. I got the shipment and am still eating it. It’s ok. BUT, they have continued to charge me $35 in December and January and I would guess they will try to bill me again this month (February). The only cereal I have received is from my initial order. I have emailed them and emailed them several tines to get them to quit charging my card, but they continue to do it. There is no phone number available that I can find to get this fixed. I would not recommend this company

Received my first order only. Was charged 3 other times and no product ever delivered. Tried reaching out many times but the email is always returned. No contact number, no one to speak with, no response. Canceled subscription on website and they still charged with no product. Had to reach out to my credit card company to dispute all charges. This is a Scam. Makes me wonder what the hell I was actually eating on that first delivery. Garbage company.

Ordered Dec 16th, no communication from company no product.. email on website and form on website do not work... instagram response received but promise of Jan 30th has now come and gone again with no communication from company obviously a scam

I never received it. I have emailed them over and over on all of their emails listed. All of them come back undeliverable.
Even on their webpage, you try to contact them on any of those and nothing will go through. Would love to know what the hell is going on.

yep. this company is either a scam, or so incompetent that it may as well be.

This is a scam company. I placed one order and then was automatically signed up for a subscription for a second month of delivery. I was charged and never sent a delivery. When I tried to reach out to their "support" the only listed email address does not exist. Searching online this seems to be a common experience.

STAY AWAY

Was on a subscription and haven’t gotten product in two months, but they charged me for it. Had to put a block o it n them. Sent several emails and nothing. 100% crooks.

This company charged my card twice so far and did not deliver any product. It gave an email address for customer support on several of their order notice emails to me that consistently bounces back as invalid—you can’t reply to it either. This email is also listed on their website and they do not list a phone number for contact or an address. After I found a form on the website, they did contact me that my subscription was cancelled finally but nothing on any refund yet.

They charged me in December but the order was never sent. I have sent no less then 6 EMAILS and NOTHING! They have not responded or even ACKNOWLEDGED my emails. This is s SCAM do not order and it is NOT HEALTHY!
