Happy with Keep!
Found out about Keep through an advertisement on Instagram. Applied through their website and was approved in about a week. They give you your own meeting to get set up, which was nice. I’ve been using it now for a month and have had no issues. The website is much better than my old bank. Really happy with it!

Really good card for small business
Really good card for small business. Credit limit was about what I was expecting. They did increase it slightly after some more documentation which was nice. Been enjoying the virtual cards and Apple pay.

Extremely grateful for the Keep team, which has supported my business with an easy to manage credit card system for my team, as well as reasonable terms for repayment if I use more than I can pay right away. Their support team was incredible at resolving my concern.

Software Glitch - Resolved
I had an issue that seemed to be a software glitch. When I addressed this issue, I was greeted with a team that truly wanted to help me resolve the problem. When their direction did not work, I was told that they would work with their IT department to get to the bottom of it, and they did! Very professional and pleasant experience. Thank you Will and Keep team!

I was hesitant after seeing mixed…
I was hesitant after seeing mixed reviews, but our experience has been great! We were approved for a $7,000 limit, which was higher than what other banks were offering us. Our business is still fairly new (about two years in), and the card arrived just a week after applying. It’s been super easy to manage, and using Apple Pay has been really convenient. So far, no issues at all. Highly recommend!

Great rewards program
We found keep online and needed a card that earned rewards on USD transactions. Keep gave us 4X the points as our other cards. We can apply the points to our balance and it’s saved us quite a bit. Would definitely recommend it if you're a business needed to cut down on FX fees

I love that I can handle everything…
I love that I can handle everything online without needing to visit a bank. Our account manager
is always on top of it and helps me with any questions I have. We use their virtual cards for
employee expenses and it’s been wonderful. Still some rough edges, but they’re amazing to
work with.
