They collect my info and approved my application and then schedule a Zoom meeting for me to set me up,so meeting never happened and after a week they told me the approval email was sent by error.
So stay away and don't share your info with them.

The worst financial solutions company for small businesses, communication and customer service does not exist, the fees they charge are an abuse.
I don't understand how the Canadian Government allows this type of "Corporations" to operate.
If someone wants to bankrupt their business just try Keep

UPDATE: Keep, kept their promise.
Filed application weeks ago no response, emailed, no response, social media, no response.
Bad business.
2-29-2024 Since keep replied. I also never received a social media response. I did start communication with someone there but still to this date we are still waiting to onboard.
3-1-2024 After speaking with Keep and finally being onboarded, i have to update this review. Despite several hiccups they did really push to resolve my issues and get things set up. Kudos to Ariana for putting up with my constant follow ups. Ultimately, Keep is a new company and any business owner using this company understands that things dont always work out. But its in how you resolve the issues that really count.
Keep did "keep" their promise of getting us set up and the platform is definitely worth being a part of.

Hi Cody, We did receive an email from you on Friday afternoon, December 29th which was replied to immediately with a notice of delays due to the holiday. An additional personalized email was sent on Saturday December 30th but the email was returned with a failed delivery notification. We proceeded to attempt to make contact again for a status updates on your application, which was approved, but unfortunately the emails sent continued to received failed delivery notifications. We are happy to provide screenshots and forward the emails for the undelivered emails to provide clarity. Or schedule a call to discuss to clear up any miscommunications.
