What a joke.I having in the past previously bought from them .Now they are saying I placed recent orders when I haven't and taking money from my account.I never subscribed to them.I will not be dealing with them in future.

I received the product, but it was clearly damaged. It had spilled. I reached out to customer service and I even included picture/videos to show proof. They never responded to that email. I have followed up at least 3 times and nothing. Sounds like a scam to me, or at the very least, they don't care to fix issues with customers. It was a waste of money because I can't use a product like that.

Avoid this instagram site is a scam , they take money from your account .

I also ordered 2 items buy one get one free free .. only received 2.

These people are scammers, do not order anything from these crooks. Just like all the other reviews that are true.

I want to give -0 stars. This company is utterly disgraceful! I only paid to try one and they have continued to take money from my account and send one every month…sometimes even before, so no idea how it works and very quick to take the payment. I have sent continuous emails from the start to no end in sight. They have now after the third attempt at money grabbing and sending the stuff I haven’t even tried because of the way they have responded to my request to stop taking payments I have not been asked about or confirmed! Now they have asked to pay more money to cancel which I’ve just paid so they stop and now they continue to harass for more payment. I am so very disappointed and disgusted at their so called customer 👎🏽👎🏽service!!!!

SCAM COMPANY. I subscribed to no product from them. Purchased one thyroid med. they then commenced removing monies from my credit card. E mailed them to cancel, 3 options offered, one being if I cancelled they would bill me for goods. Totally unacceptable, I have no intention of paying them anymore. PLEASE be aware of these and other scammers on Internet.

Fraudulent company. Order once and you cannot stop it or cancel. Reporting everywhere I can!

Less than one star. I purchased one item I did not sign up for a subscription and they have stolen money from my account for a second purchase I didn’t make. Don’t buy from this company. They are thieves.

Does anybody know what happens when you have your debit card replaced, and they send more bottles of this crap? If they send more bottles, I'm not held responsible. I'll just throw the bottles in the trash.

SCAM This company have acted fraudulently on various occasions. It is important to note they meddled with a well known naturopaths Instagram feed without her consent to advertise their product. IPlease notify consumer affairs, I have. The more we do this, the more that dodgy companies can not get away with it. We have a voice and must use it.

This is a SCAM. Do not order from this company! If you order a one time shipment, they mark it as a subscription and enter your credit card on autopay. Then they ship their product to you every 3 weeks and automatically charge your card. They have NO phone number or physical location listed. I emailed them SEVERAL times to CANCEL and stop shipping to me. No response. Just more products sent and more forced credit card payments. I disputed the charge with the credit card company but LOST because they shipped the product -- so I had to pay anyway. Finally I had to report fraud on my credit card so they couldn't charge me. After they could no longer steal money from me, they finally emailed me with an invoice stating that the only way they would cancel my alleged subscription is if I pay the money owed for the products they forced on me. This is fraud and grounds for a lawsuit.

I found out that if you want to return you have to return quickly and then pay for shipping to China. The last thing I returned to China sat in customs for 6 months and returned to me after 6 mos after paying over $40 in shipping fees so not only was I out the approx 200 for the product by also the shipping only to get the package back after 6 os.

My experience is similar to everyone else’s. Fraudulently subscribing you to recurring purchases. I thought I was buying one bottle with a 30 day money back guarantee. I’ve sent countless emails to customer service & my emails are either ignored or they avoid dealing with the issue. To give yourself time whilst you resolve the issue, go to the Shop app & pause the subscription.

Please don’t order from these they won’t cancel even after loads of attempts to cancel & they keep sending me more & more & taking money out my account it’s a load off rubbish it doesn’t work I’m having to block my bank to stop them 😡

Swindled!!!!

This is a nightmare I order 1 bottle I never subscribe to automatic but they keep sending more bottles I already email I can fine a phone number please help if any one has a phone number for this company share it I’m desperate they keep charging me

I have only given 1 star as I can't give nil . I cancelled this by email before the first shipment as I had a change of heart. They took ages to email back and acknowledged my cancellation but keep sending and taking money. I have had to take this further as they don't seem to get the message or at least want to. Please be aware before ordering.

I would rate it zero if I could. Disgusted with the customer service. They continued to send a product on a monthly basis without my consent. They would not answer my emails. I had to put a stop payment at the bank. I will never deal with them again. Makes me very hesitant to buy off the internet aside from trustworthy Amazon!!
