Instagram based scam – Preying on Thyroid Patients

I am deeply disappointed and feel completely misled by this company. I signed up for a single bottle, yet after nearly five weeks, my order has still not arrived — the tracking shows it perpetually "in transit" with no clear update or estimated delivery.

To make matters worse, I never consented to a subscription, yet I was secretly enrolled in one. Despite sending multiple emails, I received absolutely no response from customer service — until I was forced to file a credit card chargeback. Only then did someone bother to reach out.

Targeting people with thyroid conditions — who are often desperate for relief — and treating them this way is not only unethical, it is shameful.

I cancelled immediately after receiving an email that a 2nd bottle was shipped. I immediately called only to get voicemail. I left a message to cancel. I email throughout their shipment notifications that I did not order, nor do I want a 2nd shipment. I am beyond frustrated with this company. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I never received my product. I have tried to contact the company, and there is no way to reach them. When I try to find their website, it says that it is an invalid address. They took my money, ordered this in December, it’s March still no product!

STAY well away from this company. The item firstly was useless it made no difference and then they told another payment without my consent they said I had signed to to a subscription which I was unaware of, I have told my bank to block this supplier and I have contacted them to tell them to stop and they now want to charge me to stop the subscription that i didn’t sign up to .. Such a scam company

Like others here, I was signed up for an expensive subscription service without my knowledge. I only became aware when they charged my account soon after the first bottle arrived but the next bottle was not delivered. They take no responsibility for the missing product and indeed want me to pay again to have it re sent.

I was signed up for an unwanted subscription without my knowledge and the company ignored my emails trying to sort this out. I finally had to block them with my credit card provider. The product made no significant improvement to my health.
Don't touch them with a bargepole!

Sadly it’s a scam. The goods come from China so please don’t take them or use them. Get your bank to make sure they can’t keep taking money. They can block them

Run! They kept charging my card and sending more shipments after sending cancelations. Never a response back.

The bottle in the ad is labeled 4 fl. oz., and they give you a price for one bottle; if you order 3, they say they will give you 3 free bottles. But when you get your order, there are 6 bottles, not 4 fl. oz. but 6 bottles of 2 fl. oz. It is a scam. I am sure many people do not pay attention to the amounts in the bottle, but they just give you the amount, and they charge you fully for three bottles, and they pretend they give you six bottles, but you are still getting a total of 12 fl. oz. which is the amount of 3 bottles 4 fl. oz. as in the picture and not 24fl. oz. in the total of 6 bottles of 4 fl oz. They should be reported to the consumer affairs,

I haven’t noticed a difference taking this and it’s very watered down so I am not sure how much good it’s doing, The company will not easily cancel your subscription if at all and do not communicate! Not great at all in my experience

Shocking company. Continues to charge once cancelled. Trick subscriptions and I would say imitates scamming.

Scam!!! Buyer beware. Never signed up for reorder...got 2nd shipment 2 weeks after first. Then a 3rd weeks after I contacted their customer service and got confirmation of cancellation. They keep charging my credit card. Cant get ahold of anyone, no response. I closed credit card account so they wouldn't get anymore. Out $300!!! Horrible!!!! As of Feb 12th..still shipping.

⚠️ Buyers beware: my experience with Kindled has involved missing shipments, a hard-to-cancel subscription, and ongoing billing attempts even after I asked for cancellation.

From my perspective, I never received my original order. After contacting support, one agent acknowledged the issue and initiated what they described as a reshipment — which I also did not receive. Although the company later said the orders were marked “delivered,” no proof of delivery to me (such as a signature confirmation or delivery photo) was provided during my correspondence.

I also discovered a subscription tied to the purchase that was difficult to locate and could not be canceled until additional payments were made. I submitted written requests asking for cancellation and a refund, but billing attempts continued after I clearly stated I did not authorize further charges.

What stood out most was the conflicting information from different agents — one implying non-delivery while another later asserted delivery — without a clear resolution offered.

I encourage anyone considering a purchase to read the subscription terms very carefully and keep detailed records of communication. This review reflects only my personal experience and the written exchanges I had with the company.

This company.pany are scammers, im calling police. They took money out of my account for a subscription i dident make then refunded me ,then accessed my account again to take it out again today.

Absolute scam. I purchased 3 bottles advertised price was 102 dollars. I ordered it through shop. As soon as I got receipt I realised I had ordered ongoing monthly subscription. I quickly realised I had not deleated the tick from the box to say I dont want a subscription. The total increased to 128 dollars. I emailled them straight away and told me my error and said I was happy to pay the extra 26 dollars but did not want subscription. They emailled back saying I had to pay another 54 dollars. I said I was not prepared to do that and asked for a refund. I now have an email saying they have sent the product out to me. Now my only alternative is to cancel my credit card so they can not take anymore payments. I am annoyed with Shop as well. Unlike paypal they offer no buyer support.

The first order was really good! The product arrived promptly, was well packaged in glass and seemed to be working well. Based on this experience I recommended it to others who also had a positive experience of it's effects. The second delivery was different! The liquid tasted very watered down, it was cloudy and looked unhealthy and was packaged in cheap plastic bottles instead of glass, unlike the first product/delivery. This is very disappointing. I have had response as yet to my emails regarding the inferior quality of the second delivery which is concerning as I invested heavily in the second delivery and ordered multiple bottles.

Their "try for 30 days or money back guarantee" is BS. It took 20 days to ship to me from date of purchase which was 20 of my 30 days to try it so I asked for a refund and a printing label to return the unopened 5 of 6 bottles and they took over a month to reply and then it was a back and forth for another month only to settle for a 40% refund but they still say I need to pay the difference from the "subscriber rate" even after I told them multiple times that their product made me ill and I asked them for a mailing label so I could return their dyed sugar water. Waste of time and money and awful "customer support"
Huge scam and I'm sure this review won't be visible on their website because I also thought it was a legit thing associated with Barbara O'neill

Submitted 2 inquiries directly from the website early Dec and emailed directly late Dec (around Christmas) and they did not reply until late Jan 2026 and then was back and forth for another month arguing with me. Despicable

I thought I ordered one bottle of product and was jolted to learn the a subscription happened… I understand the discount price was the lure these companies use to entrap… I want to fully pay for the product I received, but prefer to write a check and sue the mail to detach… no reply to my proposal….??

This company is horrible. They are scammers. Their product does not work and they do not respond back to the customer support email that they provide. It took a week and a half for them to respond back to me. I tried canceling my subscription and they still sent me another three bottles. Buyer beware do not buy anything from this company!
