I'm sorry but this LumaLean Ultra Belt doesn't work, I've been using it every day since I got it and no results, Period!!!! And FYI it doesn't fit seamlessly its has gaps. The social media advertisements use exaggerated or fake before-and-after photos promising rapid weight loss that lifestyle LumaLean Ultra advertisements state the LumaLean Ultra Belt has 5 ratings There is NOmedical science doesn't support this product! Completely False Advertising

I would have given a zero if I could. It did nothing after 3 weeks of use. I exercised like it said, used it in the morning on an empty stomach and still nothing. Save your money. I would like to return it.

Horrible! I placed order in June and never received. I think this is a scam I contacted my credit card company after they kept telling me my order shipped and to be patient. Do not buy from them you will never receive product!

Don't trust this company. I ordered 5 bottles back on July 8th. When I hadn't received the product (just an email with tracking that said, order not found) after a month I emailed them asking for a refund. They said no that the product was shipping. I waited a bit longer and then emailed again two weeks later and they again said it is shipping and no refund. It FINALLY was delivered today. I should have gone to my CC company and reversed the charges. I won't order again even if the product works because they are not reliable.

Negative stars if it were possible! First of all, I never ordered from this company. I notified them of this and they ignored it and told me I was stuck with it. Even though they supposedly have a “60 day money back guarantee,” they would rather damage customer service and consumer trust so severely that I will now make it my mission to warn others. Mind you, the order was placed (not by me) over 6 wks ago and I was never even sent any product. They should be investigated. You know the customer service is bad/non-existent when they don’t even sign their name to the email correspondence. They are rude, unprofessional and a complete scam. They pushed my card thru on an order I never authorized. Steer clear of this scammy company, that opened just months ago. They are the worst!!

Total waste of time, ordered 3 x nourish over £60, was told shipment details, nothing arrived, checked for any delivery updates, nothing! I contacted customer service to cancel my order as had waited a month, said I couldn’t cancel as order was in transit. It wasn’t. It never was despatched, chased again and got my credit provider involved and low and behold a refund was issued. The order had never been shipped in the first instance, please don’t get sucked in by this company. I’ve yet to hear of someone actually receiving an order, I’ve gone elsewhere and am happily taking my sea buckthorn, yes, it was delivered. Which is what companies are supposed to do when they’ve taken your money and nothing has happened for a month!!!!!

It seems I placed an order two months ago June 28 for 89.10 and was charged( did not recognize Nomend) as I did not receive a confirmation. Two months later on August 24th, I receved a 3 month supply order from Nomend. So contacted them to enquire about the order and the charge. Trying to return for a refund but will not supply return shipping,

Ordered over a month ago. Nomend said my product was with the shipping company. Hasn’t left wherever yet

Nomend's choice of a fly-by-night shipping company resulted in me losing over $150. The shipping company left the package on the ground in a common area where it was promptly stolen, rather than leaving it in front of my door where it would not have been stolen. I tried to deal with their customer service but their snarky rep said it was my fault and they stopped all communication.

I paid £75 for 3 pots of their product on 13th July 2026, and over a month later nothing has arrived and I can't get in touch with them - emails bounce back, their Contact them doesn't work, and their tracking doesn't recognise my order number. Next step for me will be to contact my credit card provider for a refund.

The advertising is designed to lure you in and it looks great. That's where the great experience ends. The products are expensive but delivery and communication from this company for Nourish is shockingly bad.
It's getting on for a month since I ordered but the product hasn't even left the USA yet! I've had some flowery excuse via email but they should state the delay in their advertising so people don't get sucked in and excited for the product, this only leads to frustration and disappointment.
I do hope the product does what they advertise it does or otherwise this is a complete scam.
Annoyingly the information on the Shop App is incorrect as it says that the product has been "In Transit" for ages, but it isn't.
Several issues with this company and I have asked for my money back but they say it's too late! I want my money back BECAUSE it's late!!!!

I would like to receive my money back ! I order3 bottles of gummies and have not receive them. I am not happy that I might have been scammed. My payment has been taken out on the 20th of July it is now the 14 of August

I’m in the U.K. ‘Ordered x3 jars of the gummies on the 6th July, it’s now the 4th of August and I’ve not received my Order nor any update (only an email on 06/07/26 to notify my Order is on it’s way plus an additional missive from ‘Ash The Founder’ trying to sell some belly flattening product.

The lack of communication and timescale means I’m losing faith in ever receiving my Order and moreover whether they’ll actually do what they purport to!?

Feeling very disappointed so far and almost £60 down, possibly I’ve been scammed on social media??

I’ve emailed their customer service email address and am awaiting a response on 4th August 2026. Currently awaiting a response AND my Order.

UPDATE - 05/08/26
Received reply from Customer Services today apologising and explaining the delay in dispatching my Order of x3 Nourish which will now be sent 12/08/26 due to the specialist procurement of the natural ingredients of sea buckthorn and 3rd party lab testing. I will update again on receipt.

Ordered 6/6 when I said cancel they suddenly said despatched 18 days later. Will see how long it takes to arrive now and then hopefully give a fair review of their products.

I ended up cancelling, they did eventually give me a refund.
