Very disappointing experience with Nood. I placed a $279 order on August 14 and the original order was shipped on August 15. After more than 10 days with no movement in the tracking, I reached out to customer service to see if they could send a replacement.

On August 27, I was told a replacement would be sent. However, I never received any shipping confirmation or tracking information. I followed up again on September 1 and September 4, and on September 9 I was told the replacement should ship within 48 hours.

Still nothing.

I followed up again on September 20, only to be told there was an unexpected delay and that my replacement should ship “next week.”

At this point, it has been over a month since I placed my order, and I still don’t have the product I paid $279 for. What makes this especially frustrating is the repeated follow-ups and multiple promised shipment dates that never resulted in a shipment.

I understand that shipping issues and unexpected delays can happen, but the lack of communication and repeated delays have made this a very frustrating customer experience. I shouldn’t have to repeatedly contact customer service just to find out that my replacement still hasn’t shipped.

I am now requesting a full refund rather than continuing to wait.

Based on my experience, I would be very hesitant to order from Nood again.

Nood is one of a kind. Here’s what I loved:

Ease of use. It was super easy to use. I was a little nervous at first, but I started on the lower setting and gradually worked my way up. It was great!

The results. I’m seeing some great (early) results and I’m really happy with it! I can see myself keeping this up. Adding a new habit isn’t easy but this is.

The design and style. Might sound like a silly thing I like how it’s designed. It has a good look and makes me want to use it more. Definitely a bonus!

Loved how considerate their customer support was for my case. Loved my flasher 2, but it suddenly stopped working. I am almost a week past my warranty period but they still sent me a replacement. Will definitely upgrade when I get the chance and back in the US

great product. Their Nood Flasher Pro is the strongest IPL device on the market so it is a lot faster to get results. Has been an incredible gift to friends and family

Good stuff. Actually works and easy. Nice product feel, clear instructions. Really no notes, just good product.

One word is WOW! The product was easy to set up and use. I used the product on my full legs, bikini line, arms, under arms and upper lip all in less than 10 minutes. It was painless and so easy to use. It came nicely packaged in a beautiful box.

This is so much cheaper and painless than going into to the salon 6-8x.

Run: don’t walk to get this product.

I love this device for several reasons, Estheticly the sleek modern white unit matches my sink vanity so it looks great even when I leave it out after use.

The unit has a good weight, definitely feels like premium quality; Without being too large and clunky. This is my 5 maybe 6th at home hair removal device and the others can go in the garbage. So to say I have some experience at diy at home beauty is an understatement. This is the second most expensive unit I have bought yet it goes well beyond the most expensive unit. This is next device is next level in comfort and efficiency. It’s super strong yet the cooling plate comes in clutch. This feature makes this so much more comfortable than other at home hair removal units I have used in the past.

Yet even though it is more comfortable than others, don’t let that fool you.
This device packs a punch.

I’m obsessed with the ageless IPL lens. I can now treat several different problems with one machine. Being that Nood is known for hair removal, I wanted to do a little test to see if the IPL did anything. So I used the IPL on my right shoulder and not on my left to see if it corrected pigmentation.
After the first treatment the area I treated looked like the pigmentation got much darker, just like it does in office. After about two weeks the area started exfoliating of and the pigmentation was looking lighter and more even toned.
When it was fully healed it looked dramatically better, and dare say more youthful.

The skin on my face was more plump and my complexion more even. My pores looked smaller and the fine lines softer. It’s funny because I’m a hairstylist and people that see me every 6-8 weeks noticed a difference in my skin.
It’s so great to have something I can do at home for a fraction of the price of a IPL in clinics

The hair removal is amazing. I can definitely tell a difference. After a while it seemed like the areas grew back thinner, finer hair, and less of it. Consistency is key.
I love that one device can treat several issues. Honest can’t say enough good thing about nood.

Do yourself a favor and get one. If you are a wimp and don’t like pain it has low settings that do not hurt at all so you can work up the efficiency of each treatment. I personally don’t mind the spicy since I know it’s working better. Amazon does sell spray on lidocaine if you want to prep the skin before treatment, just make sure you wash it before you apply the device.

I’m a little shocked by how well this works in such a short amount of time, my hair is already coming back, softer and slower within three weeks of using it! It is super easy to use, very compact and so convenient, especially as a mom of two. I have been going into a med spa for laser hair removal and I’m in there for all of five minutes, but by the time I get there, have the treatment and get home it’s taken up a good chunk of my day. Being able to do this from my desk, bed, couch, wherever is a game changer. I just started using the ageless attachment as well for fine lines and wrinkles on my face and hands! Excited to keep going and continue to see results!

This is the easiest product in the comfort of your home!! Love that this product is reasonably priced and replaces the need to go in for laser treatments- you can personalize it to your specific needs and lickety split you are done!

Simple and quick to use. I'm already seeing some results in the first few weeks. I have light skin with brown hair. Using this to get rid of some unwanted hair. Also very quick shipping to Canada.

They use a delivery service called "Better Trucks" which is out of business according to Google. They won't deliver so when you complain Nood's policy is to automatically generate a "new order" and ship you a new one. Again, the sham delivery service delivers to another address. This helps Nood up their sales while collecting whatever compensation they have going with this trucking service.

I have fair skin and dark blonde / light brown body hair. For best results the lighter your skin is and the darker your hair is the better it will work. If you have a dark skin tone or pale hair I recommend you seek professional advice. This machine isn’t right for you.

I religiously used this laser every other day for three months after shaving. It took around 3-4 weeks for me to see my hair regrowth slowing down and getting thinner. By week 10 I was noticing it growing much slower and sparse.

One thing people don’t consider or know is that hair grows in cycles. Approximately every three months dormant follicles will start growing new hair.( The length of dormancy varies) You must use this machine on each cycle or it will appear to not work. If you keep up with using the machine eventually you will have treated the follicles on each cycle. Ask any laser hair removal professional and they will confirm I am speaking the truth.

Overall I still have some body hair that hasn’t gone away completely but I only have to shave once a week now. I will eventually get a laser package and get it finished off at a professional treatment center but for the price I paid it was 100% worth it.

The nood flasher pro was super easy to use and pain free. I started to notice results in just 2 weeks with slower hair growth with the hairless feature and less fine lines and wrinkles with the ageless feature. I’m so thankful I got this product, it was the best gift I could’ve gotten for myself! I would definitely recommend to anyone considering hair removal. Customer service was very helpful and quick with responses 😊

Terrible, terrible customer service and product. Hair grew back after 2 month, not only small spots , pretty much everywhere even if I followed the guidelines from A to Z. When I tried to reach out to the customer service with multiple attempts, they didn’t answer at all. Stay away from them.
