I like mine, wife can’t even use hers, the plugs are too long and actually touch her eardrum if she has them in far enough for the upper lobe to seat properly in her ear.

Performs better than advertised
Performs better than advertised! These ear buds make the shot sound like you just clapped your hands together. I can also hear my spotter at 10 feet behind me clear as day while firing. Great job guys! With a 10% loss of hearing, from 21 years in the U.S. Army as a Medic, and 10 years as a Contracted Medic, these have been a blessing to my ears!

I had a question about the wind…
I had a question about the wind reducing pads with no instructions in the box but a simple text and I got an answer with a picture of where things go really appreciate it. I appreciate choice given for total sound or just voices makes a big difference really appreciate it I haven't been to the range yet but if they work like they have been so far I'm extremely happy.

Great product for me
Great product for me, I bought a few pairs and one of my shooters doesn't like them but I enjoy them vary much. The Bluetooth has a bit of a delay but sound is good

Great product!!
Great product!!! Noise suppression is great and the ambient and voice pass through work well too! I really like the foam tips that these come with versus others. I have another popular wireless bud and cannot use due to the stiffness of the foam tips and lack of a good fit and seal. I thought I wasn’t going to like these but was pleasantly surprised! Glad I took the chance!!!

Great hearing protection
Great hearing protection. All duck hunters should have them. Can hear soft conversations, and blocks the blast noise on trigger pull.

The pro is very good
The pro is very good. The charging system is great. Recharge is a snap. The normal voice mode is my favorite setting. Would like to have it adjustable. Overall db reduction is less than I thought but very tolerable. I'd buy again.

Product Not Necessarily for Everyone--Customer Service 24 Karat
The product itself probably works a treat if the user can completely seal his or her ear canal. My own ear canal was simply incompatible with the product, despite the variety of earbud tips provided and the patient, detailed, and thoughtful efforts of customer service. Moreover, my many inquiries were answered promptly, sometimes in less than an hour. And when I finally requested a refund, there were no stumbling blocks and no hesitation. Full refund in less than 24 hours.

I am pleased with the protection they…
I am pleased with the protection they provide but they shut off after two hours while in use. I thought about returning them because of that as I use them as a RSO during shoots I run at the indoor range I belong to. It's inconvenient to have to restart the ear plugs in the middle of a shoot.

I had used the FieldOps Pros to stream…
I had used the FieldOps Pros to stream music while cutting grass and was pleased with the sound, etc. Cutting grass wasn’t why I bought them. Today they went to the range. The guy next to me was shooting a cannon and the FieldOps worked like a pro. I’m happy I bought them.

Work well in a steel mill environment
Work well in a steel mill environment! Haven't got to shoot with the FieldOps Pro set I purchased but have been wearing them at work. I work in a very noisy steel mill and they have worked great using as my daily ear pro!

It takes some getting used to, I like them for the indoor range. Still trying to find the perfect buds/foam to use in my ears. These seem a little floppy, the look and design of the nonprofit version look flatter to your ears

I THOUGHT CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS DEAD
I had a problem w/my original unit. (I'm an older guy..already w/ hearing issues, so getting "it all working" is sometimes a challenge). I reached out to RAVINE and immediately got a respnse. . they walked me through set up, and when the unit seemingly had issues... they replaced it. BOOM! no fuss.
I spent about 30 years training customer service/sales in my $30 mil family business. I honestly thought real "people to people" relationships were gone. THEY ARE NOT. Still alive and well at Ravine.

Impossible customer service
I bought 3 pairs of the standard type ear buds and they are not really what I am looking for. That’s okay, but I have been trying to initiate a return for refund for almost 2 weeks and keep getting the same message saying they will be contacting me in 24-48 hours. What a load of bull. This is unacceptable, would honestly rate them at 0 stars if I could.

The level of customer service was outstanding! When the earbuds didn't fit me, Charlotte promptly refunded my money and told me to just keep the earbuds "on us". No need to return them. That kind of excellent customer service is very rare today. I was extremely pleased with this transaction.

Horrible. Hearing enhancement only works part of the time. There is next to no noise canceling. My airpods have better hearing protection than the field ops tactical ear pro. They say that there is a 30 day money back garentee but if you read the fine print, that only applies to unused and unworn earbuds that are still in the packaging. Also it says you need the receipt wich i never received. So the whole you can try them risk free thing is an absolute lie.

Useless as hearing protection
The sound enhancement worked fine but the noise cancelling didn't work any better than foam plugs. I tried them over 3 days and couldn't get any combination of inserts to work if you're doing a shoot and move drill 50-50 chance one will fall out very disappointed
