I recently ordered Rovinsa Astaxanthin…

I recently ordered Astaxanthin from Rovina There was a big mix up regarding the subscription which was extremely frustrating I thought I was going to have to through the drawn out exhausting steps to resolve this but I was pleasantly surprised, Aljan a representative from Rovina resolved my issue very quickly Made me whole. I would definitely recommend this company!

Excellent company an excellent customer service!

I believe this is a really good company.I started having stomach problems and told them that I had to cancel both of my subscriptions.And they did it without hesitation.They were very kind and helpful ! The situation was really odd due to an allergic reaction and Gem was very understanding. They not only refunded the "accidental" second purchase, but also credited the first which I didn't expect because it was more than 2 months ago

Misunderstanding to begin with didn't…

Misunderstanding to begin with didn't make things go that well.
Gem was great help trying to get things resolved.
I feel things need to be explained a bit better on the order refill department. Auto refill shouldn't be a option unless it is agreed apoun or special signing on order .
Gem took care of the request I made and resolved the issue.

Isaias | Customer Support Jerked me…

Isaias | Customer Support Jerked me around for 2 days, before notifying me that I would be refunded my credit card charge, that lead me to cancelling my card so that no further charges could be made.
I did not sign up for auto ship, yet received notification of the shipment after it shipped.
The order I placed was a one time order, i wanted to try first before moving forward with the supplement.
I received the shipment today, so if you would send me a return label, I will surely send it back.
I noticed no difference in anyway using your product.
