Thomson Snell & Passmore in Tunbridge Wells helped guide my sister and I in addressing the complex probate and tax legislation encountered in the pre and post probate administration of our mother's Will. Their professional expertise and commitment to communications was invaluable from first to last. We always felt that matters were proceeding apace despite the testing circumstances of COVID and that we could contact them on any question or issue that arose. Using Teams and FaceTime was particularly useful as my sister lives in Canada.

I entrusted my separation case to Helen Waite based on a glowing review from a family member, I couldnt have been more impressed. Both the child arrangements and financials were handled exceptionally well, I got the care of the children I had aimed to get, 50/50 care, the financials were handled sensibly and the result was fair. On top of handling my case, I found everyone who I dealt with at TS&P to be very supportive during what was the most difficult time in my life, having very little access to my children. They gave me direction and some of the conversations and talks I had with them really did see me through. I cant thank everyone there enough.

Dealing with a medical claim I discovered is a very long process with many peaks and troughs along the way. I can only commend Thomson Snell & Passmore and in particular James Cahan for the diligence that was shown throughout my case. From my initial enquiry I was placed into a process which I lacked any knowledge in the procedures which were to transpire. I was kept up to date all during the process and found my queries answered promptly and concisely.
James Cahan was easy to speak to and discussed with me many times the things that I didn't understand to ease any confusion I had.
From the enquiry to the final settlement I am happy to give a 5 star review for the service I received.
Hopefully the need to use this service again will never arise but should a similar incident arise I would have no hesitation in engaging with Thomson Snell & Passmore.

Desmond O’Donnell was my divorce lawyer. I cannot praise him too highly. He led me through a complicated procedure with extreme kindness, wisdom and clarity. Lawyers are expensive but I absolutely could not have done this without Desmond’s help and it was worth every penny. He was at the end of the phone at all times, responded to emails at speed and was extremely measured in all his dealings. Above all, I felt supported and protected by a kind and calm person who was also extremely astute. He wasn’t just doing a job; he cared! He also tried to save me money by telling me when not to answer emails which might have cost unnecessary money. At first, I thought this could be done without a solicitor’s help, but I was completely wrong. He tried to save me money at every step.
