Still not received lock box mega after nearly a week.
I will always give a lower rating when things are sent by FedEx as they are really bad in my area. Two attempted delivery's over two days with someone waiting in and all i get is a photo of the rear of the property Twice.

High cost phone number and poor service
We had been told that a delivery was due the next two days and someone needed to be in. Waited two days and no delivery. Friday was the second day and when I phoned the company, I found that they only worked Monday to Thursday. I contacted them on the Monday and they told me that it had been delivered and signed for. Fortunately for me they where wrong and it was delivered later that day.
I thought it would be nice to let them know, so I called them with the details. Only to find that I was paying for the privilege, the 0845 number they gave me was a £1 a minute. Total cost to my bill £6.

We recently ordered a Bike Box and were extremely disappointed with both the product and the service received.
Due to the late delivery in the evening and poor weather conditions, we didn't open the pallet for 9 days. Upon opening, we discovered that 2 panels were damaged. We called immediately on Monday, as the company was closed for business on Saturday.
We were informed that since we didn't report the damage on the day of delivery and within the 10-day window, the company couldn't claim from the courier, and we would have to repurchase the panel and pay for delivery at a cost of £300.
The customer service from the director was appalling. The email exchanges were unhelpful, and no gesture of goodwill was offered to support with the additional cost.
I would not purchase anything from this company.

Hi Paul,
Sorry to hear that you are disappointed but your points raised aren't entirely factual. Your bike locker was receipted on the 5th February 2026 you signed for the pallet delivery as all in good order, 10 days after the delivery you phoned and duly emailed to detail damage with your delivery. The photos provided do not immediately suggest that the pallet was receipted in the condition you report and the damage could of well happened after the receipt of delivery. Our terms allow you generously 3 working days to report damage. At the point of your complaint we have maintained good communication with you offering you a replacement panel for the panel reported as damaged at a goodwill gesture price. The panels are very large for our product as it is a large product and the freight charges are appropriate for the size of the panel which was offered at £156.00 as it is a 2.2 metre long part, this price covered the bespoke heavy duty pallet and the courier cost, to save cost of pallet and delivery an option was also made available for you to collect your replacement panel from the factory.

Your order was placed on 16 February 2026 with delivery scheduled by Tuesday, 17 February 2026. As we are not open on Fridays, your order has been processed at the earliest opportunity and is being dispatched today. Delivery is scheduled for tomorrow, in line with the delivery timeframe.
As a goodwill gesture, we have also refunded the premium delivery charge back to your original payment method.
