Great price for a good quality kitchen. Communication throughout was great!

We have now had multiple DIY kitchens over a 10 year period and think the quality is unbeatable at this price point. A lot of people think it's a much more expensive kitchen than it is.

We were recommended to DIY Kitchens by Mark at Design A Kitchen who we used to design our kitchen, walk-in pantry and utility. We visited the Witney showroom twice during the design process and were very impressed with the quality of the product and operation generally - the range we ultimately chose was Bramley Mussell. With the kitchen having been completed a few months ago we are absolutely delighted with the result and there’s no doubt that we achieved considerable cost savings vs comparable kitchen manufacturers without compromising on quality.

Great quality kitchens, they came highly recommended by our kitchen fitter who only fits DIY kitchens now due to their quality and ease of fitment. We're both very happy with our new kitchen, it's been in for over a year now and it's still as good as day one. Also got a load of Yorkshire based food and treats with each order, which were delicious. Thank you!

These are high quality kitchens. Ours has been in for over a year now and looks perfect.
It has all worked out well for us from visiting the showroom to ordering and delivery. Great value for money.

I ordered and installed my kitchen from DIY Kitchen's in 2025 and couldn't fault the experience. I found the online designer very easy to use and the team were very helpful when finalising my design for manufacture. One cupboard arrived damaged, but after sending photos to the team, a replacement was organised quickly. I would happily order from DIY Kitchens in the future as the quality of the kitchens are great, as is the whole customer experience.

We purchased a kitchen from DIY Kitchens and overall it looks good once installed, but there were some issues along the way.
Some of the doors arrived damaged, and several hinges were not aligned properly. Despite adjustments, the hinges don’t seem to allow proper alignment, which affects how the doors sit.
As we didn’t report the issues within their set timeframe, nothing was done about it. While this is within their terms and conditions, it would have been good to see a bit more flexibility given the nature of the problems

I recently purchased kitchen cabinets from DIY Kitchens and completed the installation myself, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

The quality of the boards is excellent, and all the fittings—such as the drawers and hinges—feel very durable and well-made. Delivery was right on time, and the courier was professional and friendly, which made the whole process even smoother. And I'm so happy that they deliver not in flat packs!! Time saving!!

Overall, the value for money is outstanding. High-quality products, reliable service, and a great DIY experience. I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend DIY Kitchens to anyone planning a kitchen renovation!

I have had a kitchen from DIY KItchens in for over a year and it still looks as good as day 1. I love inviting friends over for tea and frequently get asked where I got the kitchen from. Truly the best kitchen supplier out there and their showroom is mesmorising.

Every deadline was met. Units were all pre-assembled. £2,500k cheaper than exact design for flat packed units elsewhere. Had a return and replacement that came straight away. All in all, excellent. Would not go elsewhere.

Absolutly flawless from start to finish can’t reccomend enough , I’ve had 5 kitchen from diy over the years and the price and quality can’t be beaten

We ordered our True Handleless kitchen from DIY Kitchens in 2025. The process, from visiting the wonderful showroom to delivery of the fully built units was pretty much flawless. The kitchen itself is really great quality and superb value for money . We've received loads of compliments from family and friends. I would highly recommend DIY Kitchens.

Excellent customer service, made ordering the kitchen very easy. They are always on hand to answer questions. The quality of the kitchen is excellent, the colour and finish was amazing. The customer was very happy. Even getting the touch up paint which matched exactly was so handy for antop notch finish. The delivery lads were brilliant in getting the units into house ready for fitting. Will definitely be using again very soon. Thank you!!!

Excellent company producing high quality kitchen units at a fraction of the cost of major stores. Everything was seemless from the design phase to checking and delivery. All of the items arrived pre assembled which made installation much easier. The final product looks expensive and luxury.

I had a horrible experience with this company, which clearly shows how customers are treated by their staff members.

On the scheduled delivery day, the driver refused to deliver my kitchen units, claiming the unloading distance exceeded 20 metres. This was highly questionable. After the failed delivery, I measured the distance using Google Earth and found it to be approximately 21m. However, this figure includes a known margin of error from digital measuring tools, and the actual distance is very likely at or below 20 metres.

Despite this, the driver refused to verify the distance properly at the time and declined my offer to measure it accurately using a laser tool. Instead, he relied on pacing, which is clearly unreliable.

What made matters worse was the complete lack of cooperation. I offered multiple reasonable solutions:
• Accept delivery at the doorstep
• Move the items inside myself
• Assist with unloading

All of these were refused without proper consideration. The driver’s attitude was dismissive, unhelpful, and unprofessional.

After the failed delivery, I spoke with both the after-sales team and the delivery team, who initially stated that the driver refused to complete the delivery because I had told him to “f*** off.” This is completely untrue and was never said at any point.

However, after I logged a formal complaint, the explanation changed. I was then told the driver refused delivery due to “health and safety” concerns, with the company relying on policy and driver discretion to justify the failed delivery. This sudden change in reasoning raises serious concerns about the accuracy and consistency of their account of events.

Following this, I was told I must either pay an additional £150 for redelivery or arrange to collect the kitchen myself from their warehouse. This was on top of the £99 delivery fee already paid, bringing the total to £249 for delivery-related costs — for a situation that could easily have been resolved on the day with minimal flexibility.

Customer service was equally disappointing. Despite escalating the complaint, the company rigidly hid behind policy without acknowledging the uncertainty and margin of error in the measured distance or the lack of reasonable discretion shown by the driver.

Overall:
• Uncooperative and rude delivery driver
• False allegation made about customer behaviour
• Changing and inconsistent explanations from the company
• No willingness to find practical solutions
• Overly rigid interpretation of policy
• Significant extra charges passed onto the customer

Very frustrating experience.

DIY kitchens were unfortunately the biggest disappointment during my kitchen renovation. I had really high hopes after seeing all the glowing reviews and I didn't hesitate to order samples and even paid £72 for the bespoke colour option.

The bespoke colour sample that turned up was horrible. There was paint blobs pooling around various spots and the colour was not even the same as the colour sample I sent them.

Their customer service was very speedy (hence 2 stars and not 1) and they were themselves horrified with the sample door. They said they don't know how this got through their checks and were very apologetic.

Since I was spending £10k+ on this kitchen I no longer felt comfortable pulling the trigger - what if the whole kitchen turned out blotchy and had to be redone? I couldn't risk it as I'd have to fork out extra for delaying the kitchen fitter.

So I asked DIY kitchens if I could get a refund on the £72 sample door as it was badly done and they refused - not even a partial refund was offered.

The best they could do was send out another sample which to their credit was far less blotchy, but the colour was not still not an identical match.

In the end I didn't feel comfortable going ahead with the order and I just ate the loss - having spent in total around £100 on samples I went with another kitchen provider in the end.

After a previous kitchen bought I needed doors replacing. I was not told before they had my money that they don't deliver !! Then after travelling from N Wales and home, we found they had not put hinge holes for the doors, that would need a joiner if my partner wasn't one.
The cost of a van, fuel,and a joiner would not make this service more value for money.
If you are not spending big money you are not valued as a customer.
I had recorded in the ADD NOTES section which side hinge were needed, they now have no trace of that and missed out a piece that should of been in an email , how convenient !!!
The paint work on the Luca draws is rough to touch, so all in all your standards have dropped and I am disappointed.
Some staff are very pleasant, however be aware of the unhelpful woman when you phone to book a pick up slot if you still have the desire to purchase.
I am writing this to offer transparency to customers as the purchase has been misleading.

We purchased our kitchen from diy kitchens on our neighbours recommendation. We were very pleased with their service and delivery of the items. Their kitchen showroom is spectacular and the quality of the kitchens are second to none. We then purchased more cabinets to fit our larger than normal bathroom. We carried out a few alterations eg. Shorter cabinet legs and changing width. We are very pleased with their results

Quality product as well as fantastic customer service and advice. Excellent fit and finish.

We are really pleased with our Luca Dove Grey High Gloss Kitchen from DIY Kitchens.
We visited the South Kirby showroom on several occasions and found it to be inspirational and useful seeing the many options available.
The quality of the units is first class and the finish is excellent.
Everything arrived in good condition and the fact it is fully assembled at flat pack prices is a huge bonus and money saver.
You are given a week time slot for delivery and notified the day before actual delivery which is ok if you don't need to book a fitter.
We fitted it ourselves and Customer Service were helpful when we had any questions.
We are really pleased with the end result and would definitely recommend DIY Kitchens to anyone.
