I had a disappointing experience with…

I had a disappointing experience with Trubify’s email hosting service. Initially, the pricing seemed very attractive at $1.19 per month, which is what led me to sign up and use three email accounts for about a year.

However, upon renewal, I was unexpectedly charged over $200. This significant price increase was not clearly communicated upfront, and it felt misleading. While promotional pricing is common in the industry, the scale of the increase and the lack of transparency created a sense of being trapped after already relying on their service.

I would strongly recommend that potential customers carefully review the renewal terms and pricing structure before committing. In my experience, what starts as a low-cost solution can quickly become much more expensive than anticipated.

Overall, I cannot recommend this service based on my experience due to the lack of clear pricing transparency and the steep renewal costs.

My yearly hosting fee was (1) suddenly charged 1 month earlier than usual, (2) more than 2x previous fees. And nobody could explain or resolve. My time was wasted with no action other than “we understand your frustration.” I am canceling your service - there are many better options available.
