Hello ΑΝΕΣΤΗΣ ΤΟΡΡΑ,
Our 40k Blue Essence accounts do have 40k Blue Essence but we also have options for higher ammounts of Blue Essence if you feel like 40k isn't enough.
As for the MMR, it's league's base MMR as the accounts are leveled vs bots the draft MMR is never affected.
Hope this response finds you well and we are sorry you weren't happy with our products.
Best regards,
Turbosmurfs Team

Turbosmurfs Support team is great
Turbosmurfs support team was really helpful and nice, I had a big problem but it was Riot's Fault, riot doesn't even reply when you have problems, I had a direct chat with someone that was able to help me out, in minutes, I bought a 1 skin singed account and the account had 2 singed skins on it, a great surprise!

LAS ccount banned after 2 games, 1 week to get a replacement.
So I bought a LAS account yesterday (2023 - sept - 05) and got it super fast, literally 20 seconds to get the email and in a couple of minutes I was playing.
However, 2 games into the grinding I get knocked out and when I try to log-in I get a message saying the account is suspended.
I understood when I bought it that there was a possibility of it getting banned, that is fine. Anyways, I didn't get to play much and when I reached out to ask If I could use the warranty to get another account, I was told I needed to wait "roughly a week".
This is not ideal obviously, hence my 3 star review.

Hello Jean,
Please contact us via Discord or Live Chat, unfortunately some of the accounts still were flagged by the new riot system even if old enough. We are still adapting to the new system and events like this might happen.
We are still going out of our way to make sure all our customers get good accounts, so your case is of course no exeption. Once you contact us you can refer to this review so we are aware and can make sure you get another account.
Best regards,
Turbosmurfs Team

Everyone
I have had a lot of experience with various services and their customer support. Among them, this particular support stands out as one of the best I have encountered. It is evident that they genuinely care about what they do and prioritize the way customers should be treated

They have no support system besides their discord which requires sketchy 3rd party verification and if you complain you will get banned from the server without even a response. The large amount of positive reviews on this site are likely fake do not be fooled this is a scam compan
