Hello Nathan,
Unfortunately some of the accounts can still be banned as riot is improving their banning system as we improve our accounts aswell. Our ban rate is still below 1% but sadly can happen sometimes and sorry you have to be affected by it.
We can't give you back the time you dedicated to the account even if it wasn't much but we can get you a new account, for that you just need to contact us via Discord or live chat and your account will be replaced.
Best regards,
Turbo team
Trustworthy!
Even having an email already verified on the acc they were fast to change it to mine. All done quickly with no hassle or trouble. Recommended!

Suspicios site, recommend other game boosting sites
Customer support 'Ty' is not so great. He responds to my messages with wrong info. He doesn't know verified information, he uses words such as 'i think' and 'im under assumption' and it is not reading my questions carefully even though he is not responding instantly. The site itself has wrong information displayed and makes no sense. ToS is not correct and when you Google their 'company name', ''Turbo League AB'', no or very little information is shown. Do not recommend.

We are not sure what is the wrong information that we have displayed on our website so we would appreciate if you contacted us to explain further.
Our company is a registered company in Sweeden and with a google search is possible to find all the public information including our founder names/dates/etc.

Hello Thijs,
It's unfortunate to meet in this situation and we are really sorry your account was banned. Unfortunately Riot bans some of the accounts we sell but we can assure you its a rare occasion.
We offer a replacement policy on bans caused by botting, to claim your replacement you need to contact our support team on our discord or livechat.
Hopefully we get your issue solved as soon as possible and you can get back on the rift.
Best regards,
Turbosmurfs Team

Tried another site for a cheaper option, but they were asking me for so much private information including taking a PICTURE OF MYSELF? and handing over my bank account to someone in a third world country so obviously i went back to you guys. Great service, takes 2 mins to get account, no breach of privacy. Worth the little extra fee. <3
