I bought plane tickets and tried to change them — what followed was an absolute nightmare. My requests were ignored for days, then I was asked to fill out a form, only to receive a rejection citing "flight changes" that never actually happened.
When I requested a refund instead, the same pattern repeated: days of silence, another form, another week of waiting — and they offered me $29 back out of $202 spent. I refused, they went silent again, I submitted another request, got the same fake rejection about "flight changes." On the third attempt they offered $43. I accepted only because my nerves were worth more than continuing this fight.
Bottom line: I lost nearly $160, wasted weeks of my time and energy. This company systematically ignores customers, provides false reasons for rejections, and refunds a fraction of what you paid. Stay away at all costs.

Very very very bad travel agent.
I booked aflight and in next day they told me that my flight delayed 4 hours and i choosed to cancel. As a scam operation they gave me a cancellation offer, they cut more than 50% of ticket price, that was befor 3 days of my flight time and i approved the offer because i have no choice . After 4 days of the flight they told me that they refused the matter . The ticket price was 1190 SAR ( A great scaaaam ).

My flight got cancelled and I didn't receive any information and also I tried to contact them in multiple ways but they are not responding.

Really don't waste your money by booking in turna.com

Very bad experience booking with this company, I advise all not to deal with them at all, sending emails to them and calling every day to process my refund with no response at all

I suspect they took my card details . After having bought flights, someone started using my card to purchase things online despite my card not being exposed anywhere except on that website during the purchase.
Be very careful!

This was the first time using Turna, and it will definitely be the last. I requested a refund for the ticket, and the website initially showed me a specific refund amount. However, after confirming the request, I received an invoice showing almost half of the amount that had been offered. Can you imagine!!

I booked my flight through Turna.com, and the flight was cancelled. Since then, I have contacted them multiple times by email and other channels, but there is no proper response.

They are not giving my money back and keep delaying without clear information or a refund timeline. This is extremely frustrating and stressful, especially when the cancellation was not my fault.

I do not recommend booking through Turna.com. If something goes wrong, they do not support their customers or process refunds properly.

I am extremely frustrated with the service provided by Turna.com. My China Eastern Airlines flight (MU2361) was officially cancelled by the airline, and for over a week, I have been stuck in a loop of lies and incompetence from Turna’s support team.

Here is the reality of dealing with them:

Ignored Requests: I have contacted them more than 10 times. Every time, they tell me to "request a reissue on the website." I did exactly that more than 8 days ago, and there has been absolutely no update.

False Promises in Live Chat: I’ve contacted their Live Chat three times. Each time, the agent promised that a reissue offer would be sent to my email within 15 minutes. Needless to say, nothing ever arrived.

Zero Transparency: When I ask simple questions—like my request reference number, the expected processing time, or what happens if the airline doesn't respond—they simply ignore me or end the chat.

Irresponsible Service: They claim to offer "easy and safe" planning, but in reality, they leave passengers stranded. I have 4 passengers in my booking, and we are being ignored despite having an official cancellation certificate from the airline.

Turna.com is quick to take your money but disappears when a problem occurs. If you value your time and money, book elsewhere.

the worst service ever, they withdraw money from my card and they provide me the wrong details about my booking, when i go to the airport there's no booking under my name , they're scammers be aware from these companies , once am in turkey i'll open a case on them

Awful agency. They informed me about RETURN cancelled flight, but in reality cancelled flight was the first one.

So I ended up with buying EXTRA tickets MYSELF, one of them AT THE AIRPORT on my way to destination 2 hrs before the flight as I didn't know it was the actually cancelled flight

AND OF COURSE NO REFUNDS WERE GIVEN

Отвратительная компания. Это даже не компания, а сброд мошенников. Не ведитесь на них ни при каких обстоятельствах! Был куплен билет с их сайта, оплата прошла, билет никакой они не прислали. С техподдержкой связаться это целый квест, отвечают часами, специалиста подключить не могут, вечно пропадают. Более того, компания прислала сообщение, что якобы при оформлении билета произошла ошибка, тогда какого черта оплата прошла?! Мошенники. Вот уже вторые сутки не удается связаться с техподдержкой и получить мой оплаченный билет. Компания не заинтересована в интересах клиентов, им нужны только ваши деньги.

Disgusting company. It's not even a company, but a bunch of scammers. Don't be fooled by them under any circumstances! A ticket was purchased from their website, the payment was received, they did not send any ticket. It's a whole quest to contact tech support, they answer for hours, they can't connect a specialist, they always disappear. Moreover, the company sent a message that there was an error when booking the ticket, then why the hell did the payment go through?! Scammers. For the second day now, I have been unable to contact technical support and receive my paid ticket. The company is not interested in the interests of customers, they only need your money.

On January 12, 2026, we purchased airline tickets for four people from Turna.com for a total of 2433.75 USD (PNR: 8M8GZH) Our flight was cancelled. We requested a date change. We call every day, but despite there being a few days left until the flight and seats being available, no changes are being made.

This is THE WORST EXPERIENCE purchasing tickets ever!!!
Their website is so terrible, managers are really rude! It is written everywhere(main sales websites, official airline) that tickets are non-refundable, but able to be changed. They reject my request for rescheduling, manager says: you'd better to refund. Better for whom? For turna.com?
Avoid using this terrible website, otherwise you'll waste your time, nerves and money.

Worst experience ever, they take my money 320 USD and didnt do the refund, although i didnt get a ticket because their website stopped during booking process.
