I would like to ask, my flight supposedly tonight at 11pm dubai Airport April 20, 2026, but the UBFLY airline cancelled the flight, du to situation, Were i I complain to take my money back,?

I booked my flight received also confirmation but no amount was withdrawn in the account they told me that they will send a link for a new payment but after some time they canceled the ticket and asked me to book a new one obviously with a high rates and different dates available. Not recommended

I have booked a ticket from there site and I have canceled it for more than three months now but still i am yet to receive my refund amount it almost AED 4950/- I have been calling them these days really poor service. Will request not to book any ticket from these site .

dont book from this site.. they will show the tick for example is 500 USD, then they will charge you 515.

Horrible support team that doesn’t do anything to resolve a customer’s problem and only keeps redirecting to a Live Chat on their website that doesn’t work, just bugs and kicks you out, making you lose your enquiry. Not to mention, they are the absolute worst and hardest team to reach out to! They tell you standard empty phrases via email without solving any issues, Live Chat doesn’t work properly and they only have a Turkish phone number they always ask to call them on. And if they reach out to you, they will only send an email in Turkish! Not even including an English translation, not even in the subject of the letter. As if we all speak Turkish! Horrible company. Not returning my money after cancelling the flight. And the airline company can’t do anything because the purchase was made through ubfly.

I purchased a 587$ ticket, and requested to cancel it less than 48 hours later, and they only agreed to give me a 26$ refund! How ridiculous!

its the worest site to book a flight from and the worest customer service ever they don't want to help and putting you to much time on hold until you close the call and call again.

Dear @all please be careful with this website. I purchase one ticket from this website and now I check my bank transaction they deduct extra mony from my bank I purchase tickets 1093 and they deduct 1127 even without any notification don't choose this website for any kind services.

I booked a ticket but had to cancel it due to an emergency within 24 hours. At the time of cancellation, your team assured me that I would receive a refund. However, it has been nearly a month, and I have yet to receive any refund.

Now, I am being informed that there is no refund policy in your service, which contradicts the earlier assurance given to me. This lack of clarity and delay is unacceptable.

I request the management to take immediate action to resolve this issue and process my refund at the earliest. Kindly provide an update on this matter.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE UBFLY this company is scam I did a favour for friend on my debit card the lady convinced me that there was a final payment of £130 so therefore I gave them the opt number and I had to confirm with y before payment could be excepted so being the person I am I trusted what she she was saying but to my amazement £1531 31p was taken from my bank account £684 55p for booking.com and £836 76p to airpark gbp I was made to think I was paying £130 to finalise my friends booking to Zambia as so they could send her the e ticket they are a evil scamming company luckily my bank put a block on my card but I was unable to stop the payments as they where pending it is now in the hands of the fraud team ubfly needs investigating with trading standards

Was never ever issued a ticket and they kept insisting on the OTP number from my bank. In the meantime they withdrew thousands of pounds without my knowledge. Asked for refund and they still tried to take my money. Now not answering any calls. SCAMMERS!

NEVER EVER USE UB FLY!

My sister and I purchased the same ticket using different cards, but we both were charged without receiving the tickets. They haven't refunded us or offered any compensation/solutions/timeframes. The bank also can't find any record of this transaction. I advise against buying anything from this company. Why do they advertise tickets when they don't actually have them?

Мало того что не было кнопки чат с поддержкой я искал ее 30-40 минут очень плохая поддержка, с моего счета сняли почти 600 $ и не хотят вернуть деньги ни денег ни билета на самолет, просто человек сидит за компом не понятно за что зарплату получает и отправляет непонятные шаблоны текстов как робот, не могут доказать что не были получены мои деньги на единственную просьбу отправить это в письменном виде они хотят оценить беседу и хотят завершить беседу
в сравнении с Aviasales.com турецкая uz.ubfly.com очень слабая не тянет даже на 2 балла от 5 все очень очеть плохо

Worst customer service

Cancelled my return ticket and requested refund. It has been two months now and no refund in spite if millions of calls and emails to which they obly reply with same answer and no actual action taken from their side.

They don’t respond and didn’t help at all when a flight got cancelled. Never again

I booked through ubfly. I tried to contact them to change my return itinerary. Tried email and calling. They were not responding at all. I ended up not being able to use my return ticket and had to book another flight on the spot when I was at the airport. Worst customer service.

tickets are non-refundable, it's impossible to cancel them even a month before the flight. watch your money
