Really good customer support. I bought my Office in 2022 and it seems recent updates by Microsoft over wrote it & I could no longer save any of my documents. I raised a request with Turnkey, not sure if they would still support, and they came back super quick with detailed instructions on how I could get my Office back working - which I did!. Super helpful, completely recommend.

I encountered a problem whilst attempting to make my purchase and despite my bank saying the payment had been processed, the website said my order could not be processed because of VPN conflicts. As I was not using a VPN, I emailed the company and received a response within a few minutes. The company apologised for the confusion and asked me to resubmit my order, which then went through smoothly. The subsequent receipt of the licence code and download process was a very simple exercise.

I had an issue with my personal PC's windows activation, so thought I needed to but a licence. I did so with Turnkey and there support helped point out the issues with my activation (Not a problem with my initial key) and refunded my purchase because I didn't need it. If only all companies were like this. Defo use these again.

I had problems installing Office 2019 Professional Plus because the orignal version would not uninstall. The chat window assigned a support person immediately who was patient and over a one hour interval, during which I had reboot the computer, came back and patiently helped with the installation, including sending a new product key after my first activation didn't work (probably because he first installation was not successful). It finally worked and could not have worked without his help. Now all is good and the price was fantastic.

Great working product speaks for its self, but nothing is better then great customer service.

Turnkey Point responded to my support request very quickly. I have never received a response to a help request as quickly from any other organisation before. They also helped me resolve my issue even though it was caused through my lack of understanding and they helped me in a very courteous manner. The experience made me feel confident to purchase other products from Turnkey Point and I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends or any other person.

I made a purchase of Office for a Mac thinking it would work on a Chrome Book. I was informed that it would not work? Even though it was my mistake Turnkey still gave me a refund!!!! What great customer service was given to me and I have the feeling they would do it for anyone. They are the only Software Company I will use in the future. Period

I purchased licenses through Turnkey Point a year or two back. When 5 of the macOS machines using those licenses needed to be completely re-formatted and reinstalled, Turnkey Point's tech support were able to help me access the license keys again. Their turnaround on the initial query was impressively fast, so I wasn't held up in getting offending machines back into service with their users.

This company has a niche market - selling in the secondary market the top line Microsoft and other corporate IT business software. The products are latest versions, and very cheap, to the point one can say, "is it true?" Here is how I can convince you that they are the best in their line of work. Their email response to customer inquiries is top notch and they prefer you email them your inquiry since they work out of Spain. Second, you can buy with the safety of using PayPal or GPay - meaning you don't need to expose your credit card, and if you have problems receiving the product, PayPal or Google will intervene on your behalf. But that point is mute because they are fantastic!! Their prices are low, their customer service is 6-star quality, their instruction for software download are excellent, and finally your payment goes through a "protective filter". I have used them more than once and they astound me with the advice they gave me. Oh, yes, they answer technical questions as well.

I first found Turnkey Point back in March when I was looking for an economical way to upgrade MS Office from 2007 to something newer. I was a bit skeptical at first; seemed too good to be true. I opted for 2016 and couldn't be happier. The instruction and support provided was top notch. Then my laptop went buggy after a Windows update and I had to re-install Win10 and start from scratch. I contacted Turnkey Point, explained my situation, and they guided me through the steps to re-install my Office 2016 purchase. Angain, instructions and support was top notch. I highly recommend Turnkey Point.

Just bought a windows 11 pro product key. I was very skeptical at first but it worked.

I have been buying license keys from Turnkey Point off and on for several years now. I have never had a problem and Windows and Office, they activate instantly without the need for phone activation. Also the license keys are sent right away so there is no wait time. Best place I have bought from so far!

I have had a problem with my W11 key and they quickly solved everything. Answered me quickly with the form.

It was fast:
- I was able to use google pay.
- Page immediately loaded and gave me the code.
- Used the code and activated my OS

I was initially put off because it was a sponsored ad when I searched for keys to buy. Then, reading 0 reviews under the product made me a bit skeptical about its legitimacy. However, after reading multiple reviews of company and their good professionalism, I decided to buy it. In the end, I'm very satisfied with my purchase and the company overall. I'll submit another review in a week's time -- if I remember -- to give a reassess of my experience.
