We’ve had a great experience with Shaylin so far! She is very patient, listens to my daughter, and takes the time to make sure she understands what they’re working on. My daughter feels comfortable with her, and I really appreciate how attentive and encouraging she is. We’re very happy with Shaylin and look forward to continuing to work with her!

My son was hesitant at first but the tutor was clear about their expectations as well as how they would interact with my child. I asked for updates and clear communication if my child did not have focus. The tutor send the updates and my child seems more confident with English Language at school. We appreciate the services very much!

The customer service representative, Caleb was quite rude and unprofessional as I was trying to gain more information regarding a tutor. He talked unprofessionally and continually talked over me, repeating the same question, while I said multiple times I was looking for a place in my schedule. He was neither friendly or particularly helpful beyond providing basic cost options. He seemed especially unenthusiastic about helping me and cared little to make the call go smoothly. I am incredibly unimpressed.

I absolutely am pleased with the tutor they assigned to my children. She is an amazing tutor and my children enjoy her being their tutor as well. Ms. Ellie is extremely nice and patient with my children. She understands that they have a tutor because they need the extra help and she’s not in any way shape or form trying to rush them with their learning. I’m glad tutor hero are budget friendly for a not so fortunate single mother like myself. Thank You Jesus for allowing them to work with me with making sure my children have the help they need to get caught up in their education. Such a blessing. Thank you as well Tutor Hero!! You guys are the best ones out there I must say. 10/10 stars

I cannot say enough good things about this tutoring service. My 80-year-old friend wanted to learn how to become a bit of a social-media star, as well as get comfortable using Canva, iMovie, Pinterest, and other digital tools that can feel intimidating at first.
Her personal tutor, Jason, has been wonderful. He is patient, kind, empathetic, and exceptionally good at meeting her where she is. Most importantly, he quickly picked up on her individual learning style and adapts his teaching so that she can actually retain and enjoy what she’s learning.
At no point has she ever felt talked down to, rushed, or made to feel embarrassed for asking questions. Jason explains things clearly, encourages her creativity, and makes technology feel accessible instead of overwhelming. She is gaining real confidence and having fun in the process—which is exactly what we hoped for.
Sunshine, who coordinates the scheduling, has also been incredibly responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. She makes arranging sessions simple and stress-free, which is such a plus!

Mya was an absolute charm to meet. My Son enjoyed his first session and felt comfortable with Mya. We are looking forward to continuing Tutoring with Mya. She’s a great fit for our family. Thanks Tutor Hero!

My son had his tonsils removed and ultimately needed to stay home from school for two weeks. TutorHero arranged for a tutor to come to our home and help him catch up on the material he had missed.

Kim worked with him for three days in two-hour sessions and did an excellent job. She communicated clearly with both my son and me, was punctual and professional, and came well prepared for each session. Most importantly, she did a great job helping my son get caught up in both Pre-Calculus and Physics.

We were very pleased with the experience and truly appreciated the support during a challenging time.

I reached out to Tutor Hero to get some additional help for my two high school children. We got a response quickly and both tutors came out the next week. We have been happy with the tutors timeliness, knowledge and ability to give my kids confidence boosting resources and time.

Our tutor, Caden is amazing. He is great with my son and we couldn’t be happier to have been paired with him. My son has ADHD and needs a lot of help staying on track. Caden is great with this. He’s patient with him makes learning enjoyable instead of seeming like a chore which is great for my son.
