Absolutely terrible. Their billing is ridiculous, they will charge you for sessions even if the tutor doesn't show up or cancels. Another incident I had was a tutor was at our home for a 60 minute math session and she left after 20 minutes without saying a word bc my son had finished his assignment and she said he didn't want to practice more math. She also said she is a tutor and it is not her job to parent, so if I wanted to discuss with my child practing division that was within my right....LOL are you serious?? She was the ADULT and he is the child. She was hired to tutor for an HOUR and left without saying a WORD to my husband, perhaps asking what he was struggling with so they could practice more. Unbelievable treatment and trying to justify just leaving. I PAID FOR AN HOUR. I EXPECT AN HOUR OF TUTORING. To add to the frustration this was her FIRST time meeting our child........We have had several other tutors through them, the first one was young and didn't understand his 7th grade math (she was a college student), so we got a second tutor who was very helpful, but she got another job so this is how we ended up with this RUDE tutor. We have had many cancelations from the prior tutor but have not been refunded for sessions not fulfilled. Its just an overall bad company. I've talked to billing so many times and things never get resolved.

My daughter stated that Juniper is very knowledgeable and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this service.

Kerri is absolutely wonderful! I have a second grader who is struggling a bit with confidence and Kerri made her feel so comfortable.

We have been very happy with our son’s tutor. Lorena is patient, knowledgeable and encouraging, and has helped our son build both his skills and confidence. We’ve seen a great improvement and highly recommend Lorena and Grade Potential.

Carey did an amazing job with my daughter. She built a great rapport during the virtual sessions.

It was nice for my daughter to be able to get help one on one and in person. My daughter felt reassured when the tutor told her he's seen easier math classes. She felt as if she was normal and not just the 1 person who didn't understand it. She liked the fact he would let her work the problem point out the mistake then let her work it out again.

Our tutor was on time and very good at accommodating our schedule. My student had a good connection with the tutor and felt they were extremely helpful.

I’m so happy I came across Grade Potential. As a parent I was looking for an in person tutor for my 3rd grader. We tried the zoom/ virtual tutoring with other companies however my son wouldn’t stay focused. With Grade Potential offering in person tutoring it is helping my son with reading. Kyla and Chantel (the tutor) are great and communicate very well. I highly recommend them to any parent that is looking for in person at home tutoring.

My tutor David really helped me find great ways to study and I did amazing on my exam because of him.

Our tutor, Sania, has been absolutely wonderful. The very day after her first session with my daughter, she proactively reached out to check on how her quiz went and shared excellent additional resources to support her continued learning. My daughter is planning weekly sessions with Sania, and we are confident this is going to be a successful academic year!

Very good at keeping touch, making sure goals are being met. Very good communication as well

So far we have had a good experience! My son worked with Fernando Vargas his senior year in high school and is now working with Peter Park in his freshman year of college tutoring in Calculus. They have been professional tutors and show up on time.

I have used Grade Potential for my kids since Covid. They always come through with a tutor that really knows their stuff.

So far Marilyn is very attentive and patient. She is very experienced and knowledgeable.

Our tutor Merryn is absolutely amazing. She has become a trusted and true friend. Extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Can't praise her enough.
