I have worked at TutorsValley for almost a year, the staff and all the tutors are lovely. I could not recommend this tuition company enough for all students. TutorsValley is more than just an education company- it’s a team of passionate professionals who, like me, are dedicated to empowering students through our learning system. I am so proud to be a part of this company who really genuinely cares for the students and wants to make a difference within education!

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent experience with this organization. Unfortunately, I have found the administration to be extraordinarily unprofessional, lacking both respect and consideration for the parents involved.
To elaborate, I had enrolled my child for eight sessions, but we have only attended 2. Despite this, the organization has not refunded the remaining amount, which I find quite troubling. Instead, I received a breakdown of charges that included a £100 administration fee alongside charges for 3 sessions. If I understand the math correctly, I am being charged for four sessions total, which is completely unacceptable. It appears to me that the organization's calculations do not align with the service received, leaving me frustrated and disappointed.
Furthermore, there seems to be a significant lack of communication and understanding from the staff, which has only added to my concerns. The demeanor of the administration has felt demanding rather than supportive, which is not the environment I wish for my child to learn in. It is essential for our children to be nurtured within a respectful setting, and I feel that is not what this organization represents.
In conclusion, I urge you to reconsider getting a full refund. For future parents considering this organization, I would advise paying on a session-by-session basis to avoid such complications.

My son was struggling with Maths and I got in touch with Tutors valley tutoring. The teacher was excellent and my son became more confident . The guidance he got from Tutors valley enhanced his understanding and helped him to pass his GCSES with best grade. I would certainly recommend Tutors valley.

I have used Tutorsvalley for both my kids for primary and GCSE and their service is excellent. I have seen improvement in grades. They have some really good tutors and like the recording of the sessions which is useful to review later.

Over the last year my daughter has been taking English lessons from Ms. Lindsey at Tutors valley. She had been struggling a bit with English which is why I decided to approach Tutorsvalley who are well reputed in the field of providing quality education. I was not at all disappointed - Lindsey did a fantastic job and my daughter was extremely pleased with all the advice and guidance that Lindsey, as an experienced teacher and GCSE examiner provided. I cannot speak highly enough of her and the platform that Tutorsvalley provides. In her recent GCSE exams, my daughter was able to secure an 8 in English Literature, thanks to Lindsey and Tutorsvalley. I would highly recommend Tutors Valley for any support for any educations support at all levels. All classes are recorded hence i can review the classes with my son. Highly recommended

I have been associated with them now for a long time and has been teaching. They help us in every possible way by coordinating with the students. Help helpful, no problem with payment and also reasonable rates.

Teacher can choose classes as per their availability so time flexibility is there. In case of any emergency class can be shifted based on availability of both student and teacher which is coordinated by the Tutors Valley team. Payment is done monthly once and there is no delay in payment.There is also possibility of getting students from different time zones.
