Jade was absolutely brilliant, we had a slight mishap with the assembly of the wardrobe and required new parts. Completely our fault. Jade arranged some replacement parts for us without question. She was very understanding and kind. Exemplary customer service!

I initially purchased a wardrobe for my grandson from Tutti Bambini through Robert Dyas, and it was delivered with damage to both doors. After a couple of weeks of emails, phone calls and misinformation, Tutti Bambini themselves arranged replacement doors to be delivered. they too are damaged. Admittedly I did receive a full refund, however I am still left with a substandard product and can’t help feeling that I was given the run around. I will not be purchasing anything further from Tutti Bambini. Further to this Tutti Bambini replied stating the only other option was they could have collected the damaged item and given me a refund. Effectively admitting that they were unable to supply an undamaged item. Very disappointing,

Easy to put together and have used the transition stages which means my son can sleep in the same bed till he is 3 years old.

Sadly our recent process was a bit of a shambles! The products are good but the delivery time and comms management around this wasn't the best. There seemed to be a challenge with the sales stock management, lead times, third party delivery logistics which led to us having to cancel some of the items we bought with a baby due imminently.

I ordered from overseas to a Manchester address. Order was shipped Aug 4 but tracking details never worked and I can't call for follow up.
Mind you, order hasn't been delivered yet and the company is already asking for feedback. Well, here you have it.
Edit: customer service wasn't aware that the package was lost, and since the timeline doesn't suit me anymore, the order was refunded.

Delivery was good. Only downside is that they do not price match.

The delivery company dumped the box on our path when I had waited in for the delivery, I contact tutti bambini about this and they said it was standard practice. For a company delivering baby items this seems misaligned, I was 36 weeks pregnant and couldn’t get the item inside my house (over 20kgs) and had to ask neighbours

Nickie in Customer services was very helpful and sorted my problem quickly without hesitation. Extremely satisfied with service, would recommend.

Very misleading photos on the website. I bought a nursing chair because it had dark legs, arrived with the wrong coloured legs entirely. Called the phone number, told to provide photos and then ignored.

Phone line rings out for half hour at a time despite being number one in the queue and emails ignored long enough to get you out of the return window.

Awful service, would not recommend.
I ordered a cotbed for my son, only half the cot turned up, no replies to my emails, after calling and constantly being hung up on just as I get through to an advisor, I finally speak to someone who is not apologetic at all, and says it must’ve been a warehouse issue, and they’ll send the other half. It’s now been 1.5 weeks and I still do not have the other ‘half’ of my order. Awful customer service!

I had an issue with my delivery from Tutti Bambini but it was efficiently dealt with by Nickie in the Customer Service Team. It was nice to speak to someone who was patient and helpful and the delivery issue got resolved straight away without any dramas.

Casandra was so helpful with my query - she clarified the issue and ensured we received the correct replacement item in a timely manner.

I ordered some bits for my babies big boy bed as he’s outgrown his next to me crib and I cannot fault the quality of the mattress, sheets and coverlet that I purchased from Tutti Bambini. I had a slight issue with the coverlet, it said it would come with a free temperature checker thermometer for the babies room but wasn’t within the packaging, so when I emailed customer services, I was emailed back by Nickie who I must say was a star! She has sent me another product as a good will gesture so I get the thermometer. Even if she wasn’t able to do that (which was really kind and helpful), she was very pleasant and friendly to deal with, thank you!

I bought the cot, under cot drawer, mattress and fitted sheets for my daughter and son-in-law for their forthcoming new arrival. They were really pleased and like everything except the drawer, which was broken during delivery, but not noticed until her husband moved the heavy items and unpacked them the day after arrival. My daughter contacted Tutti Bambini via email, attaching photographs of the damage, to inform them of the situation and ask for a replacement item. It has been several days now and neither of us has heard anything at all from Tutti Bambini. This is not good customer service and quite disappointing. Would point out that the drawer was boxed, but had no padding around the item, and the base is cracked the whole way across. We hope to hear from them shortly, or will have to contact them again. Just a warning to everyone that they are not prompt in replying to a problem. Quick revision to the review to say a new cot drawer is being delivered on Monday 10th and the damaged one will be collected too. They apologised for not picking up on the email sooner. Problem solved and apology accepted. Happy to amend review to reflect the circumstances.
